I had received a promotion by mail from this franchise and I thought I’m gonna give it a shot. Little did I know that I would end up getting a terrible haircut right before family day.I even showed my barber a picture of myself that I had with my preferred haircut on my phone and mentioned to her completely how I wanted it to be done.I asked her to correct my haircut couple of times and it was like I was trying to explain to a friend that does a favour to cut your hair every once in a while so you don’t have to go to the barbershop and pay, how to cut my hair.It was like a contest that if I couldn’t find a mistake in my cut then It would be a good cut. A skilled barber will give you a haircut that you ask and in the end when the service is completed would ask for your opinion for minor details. Not that you have to guide them through the whole process.There was this other barber behind me working on other customer that when I complained to my barber she was like your haircut is good and was ghosting me like I didn’t know what I was talking about or like I was making this up.The other unprofessional part was my barber opened my apron as if my haircut was finished while I was still correcting her and that made a mess on my clothes with cut hair all over my sleeves.I would suggest this franchise to train their staff or get professional barbers at least.My first and last visit to great clips that’s for sure. Rather pay 10 bucks more and get a preferred haircut elsewhere.

got a haircut today. One side of my head is 2 inches longer than the other. Going to have to go get it fixed elsewhere. Not a good haircut.

I came here last Friday for the second and last time. I understand they were busy, but the woman rushed my hair cut, probably 6 min. total. When I got home and washed my hair. The top was 3inches longer on one side. Sideburns were uneven and crooked, the back was to short and didn't blend like I asked her to do. I also waited over an hour because they failed to tell me all the online booked appointments were first, guys just kept coming in one after the other and were served first, fair enough but if they had told me this I would have gone elsewhere instead of wasting my day off. Will not return to this location again, two bad haircuts is enough for me. I guess you get what you pay for!!

I went to get my hair trimmed a bit as it was in a shoulder length bob. Another customer came in and I saw the lady who cuts hair look through the corner of her eye. I saw the back of my hair from a distance with the mirror and thought it looked ok. So I paid and left. When I got home my spouse was in shock (men don't usually notice women's haircuts) and my hair was cut half way up to the ear on one side and half way down past the ear on the other-side. Totally botched haircut and crooked in at least 6 places. I want my money back and will never go here again. It's gonna take a miracle to fix this haircut.

Bita has been cutting my hair for over 10 years, and I have nothing but positive things to say! She is kind, caring, funny, and most importantly does a fantastic job with every single haircut. I have never gone home and been upset with a haircut she has given me!12/10 would highly recommend :)

I have to say Bita does an outstanding job. Just had my haircut for my kids wedding and boy of boy dies it look snazzy for the picturesFriendly and personable goes along way and will keep me coming back.
