My experience with Golf Town was elevated in a big way by the customer care i have received from Kyle J. Looking for new clubs, it is easy to be swayed by big name brands and the newest gear. Kyle took me step by step through the process, carefully assessing each aspect of the technology, the setup, and the options.He made some very astute observations that helped me find the clubs that would work For me, not Against.His patience and dedication to making sure we got it right was exactly what i needed, and to be honest was something i have struggled to find in these large retail outfits.Thanks Kyle - i look forward to doing business with you again soon!

Kyle Johnstone is the epitome of what Golf Town needs more of! He is the only employee who I have seen - time and time again - proactively come up to customers and support them with their needs (compared to several others who are reactive and almost wander around the store). Immediately after conversing with him, you just love the guy because of his genuine love for golf and helping others.His patience to educate me on the differences of the clubs, picking out different clubs for me to test at the simulator and giving me tips on how to improve my game has led Kyle to become my trusted advisor. Kyle is my go to when I need to buy something from the store - from new shoes and gloves to my entire golf set.Lastly, his Customer First mentality is second to none. When Kyle is there, someone will always have a club in their hands and a smile on their face. Extremely grateful to have met him and glad to see that Golf Town has amazing people like him!

Called in to check if they had a specific club model in their used inventory before making the drive out as I live very far from the store. The associate on the phone was short and dismissive, saying that they have no idea what they have and that my only option would be to come in. I find it unbelievable and frankly embarrassing that a store has no idea about their inventory, and show no willingness whatsoever to help out. Subpar customer service at best.Update:I called the store again a couple weeks later for the hell of it - lo and behold I was greeted by a helpful lady who was more than happy to check the used inventory for the clubs I was looking for. It was my luck that they had one set in stock. She put a hold on them for me and I picked the set up the same day. An exponentially better experience than my initial outreach. Glad I decided to call back, but it's a shame that one person can ruin the perception of an entire store.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Ben B. at Golf Town in Coquitlam. Ben's extensive product knowledge, patience, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction made my shopping experience truly memorable. It's evident that he takes pride in his role and goes the extra mile to ensure customers leave the store happy. Kudos to Ben for setting a high standard in customer service! Highly recommended! Phenomenal guy! 10/10 service

Customer service horrible. No one will help you especially if your a girl there, no one will even look at you and when you ask for help they won’t even look it up what your asking for they will just say “they don’t have it” when they clearly do. I normally don’t make negative reviews but I will never go back here, by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

I had a couple of golf clubs that needed to be regripped. The sales associates was very helpful, knowledgeable and worked on them almost immediately!

Staff consistently treat young golfers with less attention and pre-judge their abilities. There are a lot of very skilled junior golfers. GT should be embracing and encouraging all levels of junior golfers as they are potentially the next lifetime golfer.

Came here to get a grip which showed in stock at this location online. When I came, employee says they don't have it. Chose another grip and when I go to pay they charge me $5 regrip fee, even though Golf Town website shows grip bought at Golf Town is $3 regrip fee. Cashier says employee marked as express service. I never asked for express service but assumed it can be done while I wait bc this is for one single club regripping. This was on a Saturday morning and store was basically empty with one other customer and like 5 employees standing around and pro shop employee also had no other work to do. I don't really see an express service addition charge on the website unless I missed it. I know it's just $2, but sucked that online inventory status was wrong and I get charged extra unnecessarily. He literally had no work other work to do.
