“Picked up the Effy hardwood standing desk in the pheasant wood finish (longest size). The finish looks great. Genuine wood grain and a thick top that feels like proper furniture instead of typical office desk material.
Setup took a bit of work due to the weight, but the parts fit well and the lift motors run quietly. It’s very solid at sitting height and only shows slight wobble at the maximum height, which is normal for a wide standing desk.
The built-in wireless charger is handy, though my phone gets a little warm — probably a mix of the device and the wood trapping heat.
Overall, a great product.”

Everyone I spoke to was informative, helpful and courteous. Ordering was simple. House of Chippendale was able to accommodate my request to have my king bed delivered earlier than originally planned. Communication was excellent when it came to delivery and my follow up questions.”

“We had this company build us a T.V. stand back in late October and took delivery in early November. We noticed that after the delivery people left that it had a slight wobble. We contacted Shora the lady that sold us the stand in Coquitlam, she explained to us that the floor might not be quite level but dispatched the builders to our home anyway just to be sure. It turned out she was correct but they were able to place a pad under one of the legs to stop the wobbling. They were quick, efficient and polite even though we had basically wasted their time. We are now very pleased with our new stand and also the great service Knock on Wood, Shora and the builders provided to us and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this post, they definitely deserve 5 stars in our opinion!”

“Quinn was super nice and helpful. I already knew what I wanted, but Quinn was able to help check the item for me. We ended up buying the bed frame. I was told the item was on backorder and expected around March, but I already received a notification that I can get it earlier. That’s so awesome!
I just wish there were more furniture pieces to look at. I was ready to buy lots of larger items (bed frames, dining tables, chairs, sofas, accent chairs, bar stools, and more, basically anything you can think of to fill a new house).
Prior to this visit, I went to Urban Barn Outlet in Port Coquitlam. Didn’t have a great service over there.”
“I like Mood, which used to be named Moe’s. I love their design and their customer service. I already ordered a sofa bed and a set of coffee tables, and the day before yesterday, when the package arrived, the delivery team noticed that the base for one of the tables was missing.
They coordinated everything accordingly, and today around 4 PM I had a call with two very nice Brazilian gentlemen who handled the entire case professionally. They were patient, polite, and truly helpful.
Although I am usually a fan of Argentina, this time I say: let’s go Brazil! Brazil should be the champion, and today I am its fan.
Overall, I am very happy with Mood and the way they handled this issue. Highly recommended.”

You go once and it's about the same every other time.
Only things I wish was different was that more of the food in the cafe had an option to be a larger portion.
Also we bought the wrong pillow cases cause they were put in the wrong spot next the to pillow we were buying. Mostly on us for not noticing but would be nice if things were places in the right spot.”
