I ordered skip the dishes from this Freshii and my food came with fruit flies in it. I will never be able to eat from here again and don’t recommend to anyone. Disgusting!!

Walked in and the smell was like a wet dirty dog. Food looked as horrible as the attitude of the employees. Turned around and ran out. Stay away!

This is by far the worst Frishii I have ever been to. The Atmosphere was completely uninviting, the young lady working there, very much appeared as though I was a nuisance being there. Rude and very condescending tones. The food was terrible, not fresh at all, first and only bite was sour, and just gross tasting. Immediately threw it out. I do not recommend this location and will not be back. Freshii by its name alone should be fresh, and if you want return costumers, hire staff that actually want to be there. Plenty of other choices near by, Kindness, attentiveness and freshness go a long way.

I visit Freshi regularly during the week days and I’ve tried every freshi outlet and they never fails to amaze me. Today I got my customization bowl and it was amazing . She was very nice and it was pleasent experience.

I go this location once a week or so, but I'm NOT going back anymore.
I love Freshii, but I'm not going this location anymore !!!!! At least for a long time!!!!! Until they improve their service!!!!!
They always ripped their customers off with very minimum ingredients.
My chicken Oaxaca bowl, I ordered today was half-full (as usual) and it contained very-very small amounts of chicken (this in NOT one time thing: happened all the time).
Also some ingredient is missing. (no beets today).
We have to pay extra $4-5 for chicken or beef (protein) per order, and they easily ripped the customers off!!!!! Paying extra $4-5 for little tiny pieces of chicken??? Are you kidding me??? Also I always noticed that the staffs working here never smiled to customers.
Today, I finally paid attention to their goggle reviews, and I realized that I'm not alone!!! Look,,,, all other Freshii locations have such good reviews, but this location has the worst reviews. The owner or manager (whoever) should pay attention more to it. Maybe the owner does't care?????
I always go back there (even they disappointed me constantly) and it happened many times. So now I give up, I'm NOT GOING BACK.

Definitely not what I was expecting! The lady was wearing earbuds. She didn't washed her hands before adding the foods. After that, she went straight on the back, sat down on a chair and listened to music with her earbuds and straight looked at her phone. How in the h... does she have a permit to handle food if she doesn't even wash her hands? There is also flies around the restaurant. Not educated enough either.
And there is no soap in the washroom, like how is it possible? Jesus! Never coming back again! What a shame!

I’ve been a Freshii customer for the last two years, and I usually eat at least twice per week, particularly for the Clarke Rd store in Coquitlam, BC. However, last Saturday, August 10th, around 1 pm, I visited this store as usual and asked the attendant to create my own Burrito. She asked me to choose my base, and I informed her that I wouldn’t say I like vegetables. I can’t eat carbohydrates, as my doctor advised me to decrease my carbs due to my cholesterol level, so she refused to sell me the burrito and argued that I needed to choose a base as she needed to include it in the computer system. I told her I would pay a regular price and that she could mark it in the system but didn’t need to add any base to my burrito. She still insists that I cannot create my own burrito without a base. I explained that I had already ordered it at the same store and other franchises.
It was frustrating, as the advertisement says we can create our bowl. Due to my doctor's advice, I can’t eat carbohydrates, and this was the first time, including other brands, that someone has refused to sell me a burrito because I don’t or can’t eat base.

Service is abismal. I ordered something on Uber Eats and I wasn’t able to put down any allergy notes or anything, so I decided to call to let them know about ONE change I needed done, just the one. They took forever to get to the phone so therefore had already made the smoothie without the change I needed. They were rude, refusing to make the change because they had already made the smoothie, I had to insist it was an allergy and when they heard that their answer was “oh my GOD, fine” and only then chose to remake it. I’ve worked in food services before, I know what it’s like, not an excuse to have a terrible attitude against your customers.

This is an awful location with an awful staff attitude and the soup I ordered was tasting anything but lemongrass. I really hope the owner of this location reads these comments and feedback from his clients. Wake up and make some changes!!!!!

Terrible Food Service and Atmosphere
The woman working this evening couldn't be bothered to return a smile. She was disinterested in our presence the whole time we were there so much to the point where we didn't feel welcome to eat our food inside.
After eating our bowls in our veichle, both me and my girlfriend experienced stomach issues, and she endured nausea as well. On top of that, my smoothie was not up to par inconsistent with the texture I experienced at other locations.
Overall, it's just sad because I look forward to eating Freshii. This location is a tarnish on the brand. Seeing the reaction other people have to this place tells me nothing is going to be changed until they are forced to change.
