I have been using the Fountain Tire store owned by Steve Turnell for a few years. Steve and his professional staff are always timely with repairs required, without any unforeseen surprises on the final bill. Steve or ken will notify you with suggested or needed changes your vehicle"s TLC. (tender l..& care)What I have always enjoyed with this particular shop is their ability to give a reasonable quote prior commencing to work to be done. For the budget minded, that service is priceless.I also enjoy the fact that Steve Turnell's shop has no issues with working on older vehicles. Not easy to find these days as you may surmise.But HEY if you have a new vehicle, Steve and Ken are the guys to sort things out for you indeed. They have a clean office, television, comfortable chairs, clean rest room and lots of parking too.I'll be back for sure!

My wife was so nerves when she realized one tire was punctured, but the staff was kind and repaired the tire quickly with a reasonable price. I am happy to know the good tire store is in my neighbourhood.

Professional, friendly and fast service. We had the busiest weekend with kids sports and needed multiple vehicles when my husband got a flat tire and my fuel injector blew. They were able to get both fixed within a matter of hours for less than they quote us! Will definately be going back!

The last thing on this planet I wanted to do this year was drop a grand into new tires, but it was time. I have an EV and detested the stock tires. They were so noisy and didn’t really grip the road. Fountain Tire helped me choose the right tires for my car: the Sailus Erange. Far less road noise transfer. Decent grip. And apparently will save me 7% range. As far as happiness goes for buying tires, I’m pretty happy with these. I also get free flat repairs and tire rotations every 10,000km.Thank you, Fountain Tire for your guidance and helpful, friendly staff. I hope I don’t have to buy tires for a very long time, but, when I need them, I’ll be coming back to you.

I've taken my Mercedes ML 550 to Fountain Tire for several repairs and all of my regular maintenance and I have been 100% impressed with the service every time. Steve and Ken in the front go out of their way to accommodate my schedule and it means the world to me to know I am getting honest work done for reasonable prices. And as far as tires go, another shop was selling me tires that needed to be replaced practically every year, grrrrrrrr. Steve at Fountain put some sturdy Goodyear tires on my heavy vehicle for about the same price and im Into year 3 and still have a lot of tread. So I guess I was getting ripped off or at best bad advice at the other place. Like I said earlier, means a lot to have an honest and knowledgeable place to take my vehicles

Have you ever gone to a car mechanic and not come away with a huge bill? Well yesterday I smacked my tire on a hidden curb and tore something under the car. Really upsetting! I went in this morning and not only were they able to get me in, they showed me the problem and repaired it in 10 mins. In this day and age honest, good people are hard to come by. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. Merry Christmas gentleman.

Been there years ago and Ken is still giving great service today. Bought all weather Goodyear tires this time. We'll see how they perform.Update - just got the tires rotated no charge. This was one of the reasons I bought tires from here. They are performing great! Thanks fellas and happy holidays??

I need to do a seasonal tire change and couldn’t get an appointment with Costco or OK Tire in the next 4 weeks. Fountain Tire has openings for me the next day, The total bill for the seasonal tire change was $179. Yes, it is like 2 times more than others places but there customer service is exceptional. They also provided service suggestions like my rear brakes is down to 1mm and my all season tire has bare minimum. You won’t get this top notch advice from others.
