This is a straightforward in and out Esso! Get your gas and small groceries, and you can continue your path! That simple! Friendly and fast staff! The only thing I don’t like about Esso is their pumps, sometimes they don’t work, sometimes they miss the receipts and some doesn’t even have touch to pay! So, there is a lot of efficiency can be reached but management seems to lack it - or make it happen.

They are cheaper than the gas stations in the area, however you will not be getting service. Coquitlam is a full service gas station area, however you will not get an attendant to your vehicle until after you start pumping gas. That is the rule here

Esso used to be my go-to, but after two disappointing experiences, I won't be returning. The service is abysmal—workers lack basic knowledge like checking oil and seem disinterested in helping. Today, there was no paper towel, malfunctioning pumps, and no essential oil grade in stock. It's a far cry from its former self with friendly staff and even free dog treats. Under new management, this station has plummeted downhill. Customer service training is desperately needed. One star for having gas, but that's about it.

Paid $80, turns out pump wasnt functioning, no signage was put as a warning. Will remove review if refunded. Avoid this gas station

Was filling up here today and had a question.Three grades of fuel at each pump and noticed that the low and midgrade fuels had information stickers showing 10% ethanol. My simple question was does the premium fuel contain ethanol? The outside attendant couldn't speak english, so no help there. Asked another employee from inside and they were not sure and didn't appear to know what ethanol was. Went inside and spoke with a 'manager.' They had to make phone call and finally came back and stated the premium fuel does contain ethanol even though it's not labeled at any of the pumps. What a joke... False advertising. Won't be going back there!

i look at this place a lot bcos i wait at the bus stop at the corner across from it.looks like a pretty normal and functional gas station.great job guys
