Visit only if you have unlimited time and can agree to buy a vehicle without getting any questions answered or seeing monthly payment options /being presented with options for lease or finance. I was there for a full 2 hours and the sales guy talked about how much he was learning simply by hearing and understanding our questions. Kept promising to find answers for us, because well, this was his first time selling Equinox or Blazer EV. He didn’t have any answers on his own.
1 hour 40 minutes into being there, he brings out a Bill of Sale that says the price of vehicle is determined at $xx and asks us to sign it. Simply, sign this paper. What was surprising was that he completely forgot about our questions, didn’t discuss what features we wanted or didn’t, no negotiations or even full disclosure of info on that document, nothing! Just said, please sign this and we will take you to our business centre to discuss payments. At the 2 hour mark, we were still waiting to be seen by the business centre or someone with a clue of what they were doing. Worst experience ever. What a waste of time on a Saturday morning!

False advertising and shady sales. Was messaging a salesman (Dave Mehr) on Facebook marketplace and within 24hrs, the post was removed, the truck was relisted, for double the price. This place is a joke. Stay away.

Month ago, I purchased a new GM vehicle. My experience at Eagle Ridge Chevrolet was exceptional. All employees were very professional and knowledgeable, ensuring all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Including knowledgeable insurance representative. Special thanks to Chris Martens Sales Consultant. Dealership didn't try to sell any additional vehicle options or extended warranties, not requested by me. The dealership team went above and beyond to make my visit and purchase stress-free.

Worse service ever. They call you to come and change your mirror that they hit and then when you drive one hour there they tell you that they have the part on hand anymore. What?!!?!?

Most terrible service I got in a dealership. I wanted to finance the chevi blazer but the sales person didn't even take me to a desk to discuss the numbers just gave me some random info that was very different than the chevi website. I had to go all the way to Vancouver dealership to receive decent service
