The worst customer service i ever experienced at Coquitlam central;
I was at the fitting room trying a new dress on June 8th/2024 in the morning ; all of a sudden a bunch of girls who were working together, they pulled away the curtains of the fitting room and asking for my name; isn’t it such a harassment of someone’s privacy? Why don’t you guys asking that person’s name before they go to the room?
This is rude!
Just be polite and professional!

Horrible store , cheap clothing. Stitches come off on first usage and took to the store and they don't take any responsibility, gave a phone number that noone picks up.Don't waste your money on this garbage brand

They dont even take back thier defective items. Tried to return the defeated clothing after first wear, they said they don't take back. When you sell defective clothing or poor quality have dignity to take it back when someone took their time to bring it back to you.360$ clothing is worn 1 time and it is done( garbage).Last time shopping at this store.Waste of time and money.

I’ve been in here and been happy with the customer service before, but last evening the sales team went above and beyond to make my shopping experience better. Not only did they pull items they thought I would like, they helped me entertain my wild toddler, and were incredibly helpful and kind. Dynamite is the first place I look to shop when I’m looking for decent quality and priced items, and great service. Thanks again team!

If you payment meet their system crush. And you had been double charged. Don’t expect to get Their refund easily. I called so many times. They ever reach out to me when they made payment mistake. I had to then reached customer service a few times. Was told to mail me the check after three weeks of negotiations. All these process I had to follow up. No one called me when clearly their mistake. Store said they can’t do anything about it. I had to provide my bank statement to proof. Again. It’s their mistake. I m very dissatisfied. Will never shop there again.

The manager at this store Cori is amazing! She went above and beyond what I could have expected. Her product knowledge is exceptional and she was determined to help me get exactly what I was looking for. This time of year in retail is very busy and she took the time to help me and was very pleasant and kind. I will definitely be shopping here and recommending this store to everyone!

I was here for the first time today. Had a wonderful experience. Very welcoming staff. Vani was amazing and very cooperative. I also loved all the stuff here. Bianca was so helpful and sweet and she helped me pick a perfect size and style in my new pants that I already love. :)
