when the store is about to close, you lock the front door and ask everyone inside to head to checkout. you do not chase down everyone in the store and ask people to leave while they have a handful of items. insanely rude

Rude manager; poor customer service, no effort to help customers who are asking nicely, and will tell you it’s either you buy it or not. Not because you’re selling cheap products doesn’t mean you have no choice but offer cheap customer service. If you don’t like your job, give it to someone who does and will enjoy working for it.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. They sold my friend expired gift cards, 3 weeks later and she is still waiting for a refund. The manager is unqualified and the staff are uneducated when it comes to helping customers.

This comment is for the 2 extremely rude brown girls (one wearing a hijab) working during the afternoon of May 11th. As I was making my way to exit the store these 2 employees gang up on me by asking if my dog is a service animal to which I replied no he is not. Then the other employee is quick to snap back he is not allowed inside the store. It is visibly clear that he is a small puppy & is inside the store with me because it's almost 20° outside so obviously I am NOT going to leave him inside my car. People come up to see my sweet puppy but there 2 unfriendly employees had a problem when due to hot weather he could not be left in the car & I had no choice but to bring him in after making a trip to the pet store next door. These 2 employees lack judgement & common sense.

Very clean store. The staff here clearly care about properly stocked shelves and getting the product out on the floor for the customers. All the shelves here looked great, tons of options. Dollarama is a great place to pick up nik-naks, crafts, even some basic holiday decorations.

Bought a lock for 4.25 and tried to set up the combination as per the instructions. Unfortunately it didn’t lock back so I went back to the store to advise them. Cashier couldn’t care less as they said it was the manufacturer fault. I told him dollarama sold a defective lock and I just want to exchange! He said how do I know when you bought it. I said the label says dollarama. Dollarama has become a joke and I will never buy another from them again as they no longer care about the quality of any of there products. $4.25 is not cheap and I would expect a lock to work and not get such a poor response. Good bye dollarama!

I wouldn't recommend buying a Hershey's bar form Dollarama. Because I bought one and it was all white in the inside I didn't even get my money back can you believe That it costed 2 Bucks. And I didn't even get it back+ ervey there is carp. Anyways
