Erin gave us great service! She was super knowledgeable and friendly, which made us feel really comfortable shopping at Dancebox for the first time. I found the perfect ballet shoes and practice outfit for a beginner, and Erin was so patient, helping me try different sizes until we found the right fit. I’m sure I’ll be coming back again!

Always enjoy my visits here! The customer service is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Even if you don't live in the area, I would definitely recommend dropping by to check out some dance gear or do a pointe shoe fitting. It'll be worth it!

It was my first time visiting the store and I can’t be happier!I was greeted warmly by the employee at the front who helped set up my account. He explained how the store worked in detail (what creating an account means, how I will be helped in the back etc) which was very helpful as a first time visitor.I was then greeted warmly by another employee in the back who was very friendly and efficient. I was given ample time to try on the slippers.Lastly the purchase process was quick and again helped by another friendly employee. I would definitely come here again.

I had a horrible experience in this store in 2018. I came in hoping to try on few pointe shoes . I was hoping for a good experience nope. That didn't happen.. It was my first time and I was clearly nervous. After trying one pair of bloch pointe shoes this woman blatantly said to me that I sucked by stating " it's not the shoes it's you" . How rude.? I was embarrassed shocked and angry all at the same time. She basically sent me packing ohh well I got my shoes down she street at THE DANCE SHOP without being judged.acutally I got other shoes since once those were worn out in other stores as well. Dance box Thanx but no thanx.

came here for dance heels and found the perfect pair. lots of quality selection and the staff were very helpful. the shop seemed to have tons of stock for all other dancewear too and lots of trendy styles. definitely my new go-to store for all my dancing needs!

Nice location at a new plaza at the junction between Burnaby and Coquitlam where you can find all what you want for dance classes. Prices are a little high but it’s like everything nowadays parking is spacious in the plaza. Working hours ends at 5 PM, make sure to be there before closing time to be able to buy what you want.
