I always prefer to support local small businesses whenever I can, and I was pleasantly surprised that their prices and service far surpass those of large chain stores. The owner, Ken made a solid effort to help me find the perfect high quality earrings for my daughter, and well under my budget too! That’s why I prefer to support local small businesses - no CEO would ever make that effort to get to know me or my reason for shopping.

It’s my first time having my ring resized here. I’m really satisfied with both the work and the service. The pricing was more reasonable compared to other jewelry stores. Dallany will become my preferred jeweler.

I have gone there for years and never had a problem but will definitely never go back after the rude treatment I received from the owner, Ken today. I will gladly give my business elsewhere, such a big ego for a tiny little man.Also, his response is a complete lie, all I needed was a simple jump ring for a broken clasp. My request was not “special” by any means but he insisted on up charging me for 2 jump rings when I only needed one, the one that broke, there was never 2 to begin with. Be careful of this place, I would stick with a reputable jeweler!Dec 23You wouldn’t listen then because your ego was in the way and are still arguing over Google reviews, who argues with a customer this much? If you would have listened the first time none of this would have happened, I told you I put 2 jump rings on myself temporarily so I could wear the necklace but only one broke, it only came with one and I only needed one from you. You can watch your cameras all day long but it doesn’t explain your rude behavior to a customer. AGAIN, there are plenty of jewelers out there…. DON’T USE THIS ONE!

My husband recently had in mind a specific necklace that he wanted to purchase for me - after searching high and low he decided to see if he could have it made. He talked to many of the jewelers in the mall, and only here were they willing to work with him. It was a challenging design, but he took it on and did an incredible job for a fair price. Will definitely only go there for our future jewelry needs.

Did not honour warranty. increased sale price by $1000.00 of another item since she seen our interest. We have spend a lot of money in this store previously and definitely do not recommend this place to shop.

I brought my ring in for resizing, two sizes smaller. My ring has a lot of small diamonds, and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient service. The goldsmith completed the sizing in just one day. My ring looks brand new with rhodium plating, in the same condition as before, and the workmanship is excellent. Highly satisfied with the work done!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Let me break it down. I called to ask if they could re connect a couple links on a small Cuban bracelet I have. All gold. They said probably, but bring it in and we can take a look. Upon bringing it in, I explained to the 2 females at the front that no pieces of the bracelet have been removed and that it’s all there, just that two seperate links had been slightly disconnected from the bracelet itself and the two seperate links just needed to be closed as there was a gap, that created the disconnect. They took my bracelet and came back telling me that I had “links missing” (incorrect) and that they could fix it but it would be “shorter”. Upon saying that I re explained that that wasn’t the issue, and we just needed to solder or braze the gold back together so it wouldn’t continue to disconnect (pretty simple, or so I thought). When I asked them why the bracelet would be shorter they said because they needed to remove the links. Which again makes no sense. Upon receiving that misinformation I asked if I could scale my bracelet before I let them take it. They said no. So I asked what they were going to do with the “links” and instead of answer my question they started speaking to each other in another language I didn’t understand. It’s clear as day what they were trying to do. Take gold from me, and then try and charge me for it. Please don’t go here, ever. They are thieves, plain and simple.
