We just completed our fourth purchase from Creative Home Furnishings. Every time we have had fantastic service and received an excellent product. Ingrid is able to help guide you through numerous options that are available. Wood, stain, style, upholstery, etc. Our latest purchase was a king bed, dresser and two end tables. It looks even better than I imagined. We are so pleased.
The delivery team arrived in the time frame that was stated. Items were brought into the house and placed in the appropriate spots. All with a smile on a super hot day.
I highly recommend checking out this store. So much better than the majority of furniture stores around.

I am not a good shopper, especially when it comes to things like home furnishings. In my past searches, I've walked out of furniture stores because of pushy salespeople and questionable quality.
Not the case at Creative Home Furnishings. Ingrid was super helpful, definitely NOT pushy and she genuinely wants to ensure her customers are happy. All around, she is just a really nice person.
We are so happy with our VanGogh sofa. It was a floor model and priced well with a good discount. The staff removed the legs for us, wrapped it so securely for pickup.
I highly recommend this smaller, local furniture store. I'll be back soon to purchase a dining table and chairs.

We recently bought a new dining room suite from Creative Home Furnishings and are very pleased with it as well as the service we received. We had Ingrid helping us with great ideas and suggestions. A bookcase we saw on the floor and liked was redesigned with Ingrid’s help to become our china cabinet. She was helpful with colours, sizes and all aspects of the purchase. The furniture came from Langley and Ontario and arrived at the promised time. Was great to buy Canadian . The delivery men were very careful and helpful in putting the table together and furniture in place. Couldn’t ask for better service from the store and delivery. Service that we received is very hard to find these days. We highly recommend them with their five star service.

We asked if the owner could come to our home to help us plan our living room space. He made excellent suggestions, and in a minimal amount of time, we were able to make our selections. We purchased three upholstered furniture pieces and custom-made, solid wood and glass tables, along with a dining room buffet unit. All pieces were built to order, and locally made. We are extremely happy with our choices and the workmanship of every piece.
The staff are professional and knowledgeable. Everyone we came in contact with were very helpful and made us feel like we came to the right place. Even the delivery people, who placed all the pieces, had the same work ethic and manner.

In the past few years, I was a patron of Creative Home furnishings, a real hard wood furniture supplier with exceptional design and craftsmanship in details. Everytime I went into the show room, Ingrid always greeted me and my wife with true politeness and patience. This time, she spent so much time helping us select the right fabric for our new sofa as we were looking for the uttermost match in color pattern. I was looking to replace our old sofa and chair for years now and kept putting it off. I knew I wanted a Van Gogh sofa and chair because of their great styles and fabrics, so I finally decided to go for it and went to Creative Home Furnishings in Coquitlam. We met with Yuri, she was so helpful in showing all the different sofa's. The one I chose was a bit too long to fit in our space, so Yuri suggested to have it custom made to meet our specifications. Four weeks later, we our enjoying our beautiful sofa and chair! We cannot be more happy with the end product thanks to the staff at Creative Home Furnishings!
