I had quality work repairs done to a 1999 Mustang convertible and the communications were of top - notch to keep me informed as to what was needed and pricing was very reasonable thru their admin rep. Thank you guys very much. I will recommend into your direction.

Very kind, professional and reasonably priced. I damaged my car's side view mirror. They gave me different options to choose from and suggested the best solution that worked! They ordered the parts and performed the job very promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this place.

the worst experience of my life, my car was taken to be repainted and replace the glass was broken, and my car was completely destroyed inside by the auto body shop, with grease stains all over inside, the paint is matte and without polish, my car is worse after the service than before, I opened a ICBC claim and they should not be part of ICBC credentials. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE.Service: Painting

since the start we had issues. We took our truck to this auto body shop for a car accident we had on the right side bumper and tire .The truck did not have good alignment obviously so it was towed to the shop. They Seemed like they don’t have good management and organization. Once we confirm it was going to be checked and given an estimate we were given an aprox time it was going to be ready. We called couple of times and they gave us other excuses that the parts still haven’t gotten to them and to wait, At the time we had only gotten $500 worth for car rental as this shop didnt have any for us. Then more weeks came and still not ready we had to spend like 3k in car rental because they never had any cars for us. When we pick up our truck knowing that we hit the tire and the bumper it was not fixed properly. The truck still has the alignment bad it goes side ways, the paint job has bubble’s, the parts they used to “repair“wereused parts and apparently icbc was ok this this yet they are charging 10k for the repair and the truck is not in good conditions to drive and now we have to go and get it checked by other shop and pay out of pocket to prove that the alignment issue is due to the accident as they tested it before going it back and it was “okay” for them . And they wont fix it also the fog light that were craked due to accident should have been changed and they didnt and the owner Mike stated that if we dont like what they did to talk to icbc as that is not their problem. This place should be shut down or at least not be with icbc.

My girlfriend (Eunhee Jo)'s car Mazda CX-5 had a repair service for the door dent and scratches on driver side door (ICBC Claim). I believe the damage was minor and doesn't seem to major works are needed. However, after the repair, keyless entry feature was not functioning properly. Turned out all the sensors were not working.They asked us to come back to body shop and addressed problem. They all fixed properly and all sensors are working now.Service: Body & Trim

I chose this shop through their reviews, and I am highly disappointed by the service.After I got the car, there was a part missing in the trunk (a cap) and also the car badge was misspelled! and not even on an straight line! So they were installed with the lowest care!I was still fine and let them fix the issue, but I have been in touch with them since mid August, and after two and half months, there has been no single update to me. I communicated to them through email, phone and also in-person visit, and every time I was told the parts will be ordered, but I hear back nothing and after another follow-up I realize nothing had been done.This shop can use a proper manager for sure!Services: Painting

My wife needed an auto body shop to fix her vehicle because she was involved in a collision. I called multiple highly rated, ICBC-accredited repair shops in Coquitlam and all of them were too busy to take my wife's vehicle or the earliest they could look at the vehicle was in 2 weeks.I called Coquitlam Express Auto Body because of the high ratings and great reviews. I told them my situation and they said they were busy but they would work to make sure the vehicle gets taken care of because they're an ICBC-accredited repair shop and it's their duty.I was surprised by the level of customer service. My wife had to negotiate with ICBC in regard to the damages to the vehicle and the auto body shop was very supportive and helpful while we waited for our verdict. The employees said the owner of the franchise says to treat every customer as if it's his mother's vehicle. The auto body shop provided my wife with a courtesy car as soon as possible and the vehicle was fixed in a timely manner.Furthermore, the day after we received the vehicle back, we observed a manufacturer's defect with a particular part with one of the parts they used to repair the vehicle. We showed the issues and the shop took ownership of the defect and said they would rectify it.They truly have their customers' interests at heart and act with the utmost integrity. I highly recommend this autobody shop and I will definitely be using them in the future for all my auto body needs.Services: Painting

Went for repair a couple times and always impressed with their customer service and efficiency. They can do full fancy repair/replacement or can also recommend more on-budget repair. Definitely my go-to place!
