Excellent range of sizes for petite women that are difficult to find in other stores. Great selection of clothing from casual to business to gala wear. Staff is always professional, kind, and helpful. This is my new favorite store!

I have been in Cleo’s 3x in the past month trying to spend a 150.00 gift card my daughter in law gave me. I struggled to spend 50.00. The cloths are garbage. Cheap, poorly made. This used to be a higher end women’s clothing store. I could spend hundreds of dollars at a time and would avoid going into the store for that reason. Cleo needs to go back to the clothes you used to carry or go out of business. Sorry .

The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated about the promotions. Staff was very patient and nice. Store looked clean and well organised. Overall, my experience with Cleo was outstanding.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been a customer for a long time and always shopped online and returned what didn’t work and all of a sudden they’ve changed the policy and no returns! 3 items that are too big and tags on and they did not return or didn’t even agree to store credit! I’m not shopping from Cleo anymore and sharing this with all my friends. Very sorry for you and your business, just lost a long loyal customer.
