We went to Champs today to exchange our shoes. We didn’t have our receipt but we had the purchase date. We attempted to exchange our shoes but one of the ladies there told us it’d be an 80 dollar difference. Thats when Raquel helped us. She called the original location of purchase and stayed on the phone for 20 minutes getting the details of our purchase. Once she did, she helped us exchange it and we saved 80 dollars thanks to Raquel. I highly recommend Raquel to help you on your next trip to Champs Coquitlam. If Raquel sees this, thanks so much for your assistance!

I was helped by two very upstanding and helpful gentlemen. Chris (From Footlocker) informed me of a sale after narrowing my selection down and inquired Connor about any questions he couldn’t answer for me. When he couldnt find the size I was looking for Connor managed to find the one item that was left. These gentlemen deserve the highest of praises.

Best customer service EVER thanks to Garry L!!I bought Nike shoes a few months ago and one of the shoes started to split. I took them back to Champs and without any issues at all, Garry replaced them (would like to add that I also had lost my receipt and he found it in their system for me). The size I needed was not in their store so he found a pair at another store and arranged to have a pair delivered to my home at no charge to me. The new pair arrived in 2 days! Couldn't be happier with this service. I was really expecting that this was going to be a big hassle for me but I was treated fairly...unusual these days it seems. Thank you Garry!! :)

They don’t care about customers! Just stand up if you ask something they are ignoring you!I asked help but who was working today he ignored me and I asked again he didn’t help, just point the shoe and went away!Then, I couldn’t ask anything. He was really rude workers!I said to someone and he replied I am the manager, I can give you $10 discount!I don’t want your discount! First, I need as a customer polite and knowledgeable customer service!They don’t have non of them!I will never go to this store!

I wanted to leave a review based on the customer service I received here. We went in because we wanted to buy some shorts. We couldn’t find the size in grey and asked a sales associate if he had any more in the back. Without hesitation he said no. So I decided to get a black pair instead. Upon checking out a gentleman named Baraq rang us up and I mentioned how it was to bad they had no more in grey. He immediately said he would check the back. Came back with a grey pair! I was surprised and happy that he took the time to go back and get them. I ended up buying 2. Thanks for the great service.
