Call me back to fix the issues with all our truck part purchases we own four trucks all have issues with poor workmanship. . I called your office twice and asked the manager to call me back with zero response from your company. You installed fender flairs all have failed with all seals falling off and cheap parts.

Today I got a pair of offroad lights installed to my truck and my roof top tent taken off to be stored for the winter. The guys at the store got my lights hooked up in a timely fashion and helped out with loading my tent into the back of my truck. Great customer service! I will definitely be back for future services for my truck needs ?

We went to buy roof top tent. All the staff were helpful and good services. We live in Richmond but it worth it to come all the way to Port Coquitlam Cap it.Especially thanks for Doug, he has very generous services and Mandeep who taught us how to install and uninstall roof top tent. He taught us explain easy to understand.Recommend to go this store!

Went to buy a tonneau cover, asked for one that was specific to my vehicle and 6’4” box, they sold me the wrong one and when I had to drive all the way back and waste half my day, I asked if they could do a free install or any type of discount to cover my gas and time they told me there was nothing they could do… poor management

I shared my unhappy experience with you, and I started talking to Evan. How did he and his boss arrange the installation of the accessories I wanted? I spent more than five thousand dolars in this shop. I paid the deposit, but it took more than two months to order the accessories, until I called to ask why there was no time to arrange the installation.Then I got an appointment for installation, but every time there left so much Accessories are not installed properly. Back and forth many times many days have not been completed, they basically do not know how to install those Accessories . I don't accept this kind of unprofessional operation and attitude towards customers, finally I terminate this. I also asked them to compensate for the the original parts that were broken. Finally, I completed the installation of all the parts in another company. You can decide whether to go here or not to make trouble for yourselves……

I booked an install with Evan for some lights to be added. I paid a deposit and scheduled the install but when I showed up they had no idea if the parts had arrived and I wasn't in their schedule. It turns out the parts hadn't arrived, they had no idea and hadn't thought to call me.Despite me taking a half day off work to get the install completed, Evan didn't even think of offering to make things right. I finally asked him what he was going to make things right and the best he could do was say that we could "talk about removing the markup". Unbelievable. He wasn't willing to lose any money on the work despite costing me a half day of work.The best opportunity a company has to show what they are made of is how they fix their mistakes. You can judge for yourself how much you think Evan and Cap It Coquitlam care about their customers.

Came to this location to avoid the drive to Abbotsford and happy i did they got the job done on my vehicle fast and were able to work with me on where I wanted to install the Electronic Brake Control which I didn’t get to choose on a previous vehicle at another location.
