I just bought a LG washer and dryer from this location. It was a great experience. The sales person Diksha Single was so nice, patient, professional and helpful. She provided me great info to make decision easier for me and offered me a good price. I'm going to renovate my kitchen in one month, and I'm planning to go back for all appliances I need for my new kitchen.

I went into the Coquitlam CAS store with a friend who was looking at dishwashers. I ended up buying an Electrolux washer/dryer tower. Jimmy Bougie assisted us and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and no-nonsence approach to sales. Although I relied on his guidance for my needs, I felt no pressure whatsoever from Jimmy and he was respectful with the time and space I needed to make my decision. I truly would recommend Jimmy and this store to anyone looking to purchase any appliance. They have a very good selection of all appliances too. Thanks, Jimmy!

Horrible service. Charged a restocking fee and didn't even get my delivery as it was being delivered to my house in my front yard. The delivery guys put the washing machine back in the truck and left because I was on the phone confirming with the "manager" which took longer than 15 minutes. This is appalling. Was hung up on multiple times trying to fix the issues because I desperately need a washing machine.

Diksha Singla make a stressful situation much easier. Unknown to her, our fridge had died and I was scrambling to get a new one. I was planning on purchasing from a competitor but their delivery time was not very good. I took a shot contacting CAS and not only got better delivery but a much better price. There was no pressure and lots of patience as I went through options trying to find the right replacement. I will definitely return here and recommend CAS to others.

I worked with Jamninder from the Coquitlam location. She was excellent to work with and helped me found a 7-piece appliances package while we renovate our suite. We communicated a few times and she made sure the delivery date were good with us. Overall I’m a very happy customer!

We had delivered this morning a new washer.. ordered from Canadian appliances. It was delivered when promised and the two guys Nathan and Gary from Kyles transport delivery were pleasant, professional and efficient. Out with the old and in with the new.
