Dear fellow citizens, Unfortunately, this store has no return policy. The sellers of this store only insult you in exchange for your trust. This is truly regrettable.
The salesperson threw the shoebox at me and pushed me around to leave the store.

Terrible customer service,very rude lady as a manager,
I bought 2 pairs of shoes and i did not get the second pair in separate box , they did not mention need a box for exchange or return
This morning when i went to exchange to bigger size very rude lady said cant exchange because of the box that they didn’t gave me
Never go to that store again

If you’re thinking of coming to the store close to when they close, don’t. Sometimes they randomly close 15 minutes early. I drove an hour through traffic to do a return only to be met by locked doors and an employee who couldn’t tell me why they had closed early.

Worst customer service. The lady there was super rude when my wife try to return an item perchanced online. She perchased it for my coming birthday and she got an item incorrect, so she wanted to return it. But because of that rudeness she left the store without even return the item.

I purchased shoes for my husband's birthday through a pickup order, but received the wrong pair the day before his birthday. When I talked with the the store lady, she was extremely rude, placing the blame on me. Unfortunately, there was no apology or willingness to exchange the shoes. Instead, I was advised to place a new online order for the correct pair. Upon reaching out to customer service, they instructed me to return the order before sending the correct item, with no guarantee on the timeframe. They mentioned that such occurrences are common.Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

1-worst customer service
2-the lady was super rude, seems like somebody doesn’t like their job.
3-they are not helpful when you are in the store.
Please don’t buy products from this company as they don’t give a single… about their customers, we shouldn’t support these kind of business.

Poor customer service. Ordered shoes that were far too small for my feet. I couldn’t even get it over my foot. When I tried to exchange them for a bigger size they accused me of wearing them. I explained that I couldn’t even get it over my foot so it was literally impossible for me to even wear it around even if I wanted to. After arguing back and forth they finally gave me a number to contact and the customer service had told me it should have been no problem for me to exchange in store. Waste of time. Ended up returning through customer service. I understand there’s a policy that employees must follow but they should have directed me to customer service earlier instead of wasting my time

I like their shoes and purses, just to be clear, i buy it only when its on sale as i rather spend more money on a really good quality. Their quality is ok, and doesnt last long. Thats why i buy only when its a big sale.
