I've been a loyal customer at this store for nearly a year, primarily purchasing pet food. Initially, the experience was wonderful, especially with a consistent 5% discount on multiple-case purchases. Recently, however, the policy seems to have changed. The newer staff members now mention that the discount is discretionary and must be requested. This shift, possibly indicative of management changes, has made the shopping experience less enjoyable for me. Reluctantly, I am considering taking my business elsewhere, as I prefer not to negotiate for discounts that were once standard.
