Great service from the staff. Back in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, we ordered a customized sofa. Despite all the challenges during that time, things couldn't have run more smoothly. Super satisfied with sales, post-purchase communication, delivery and installation. Fast forwards to 2023. Sadly, BoConcept is beginning to close down. They do have pretty good sales on right now. We bought 4 other pieces and I'd say it was a pretty good deal. Sad to see them go.

I presented the Coquitlam store with a set of challenges: I sought several pieces of furniture for multiple purposes throughout our home; our home has odd placement of switches and outlets; I had a defined budget; and I lived 800km away and couldn’t see the showroom. Through a series of video meetings and renderings, and with excellent communication and coordination, I selected several coordinating pieces, all of which arrived on time and as expected. In a year where so many issues arose in our family’s life, the entire experience with BC and their team was a pleasure. The furniture looks fantastic. We are very happy and would recommend BC without a second thought.

I am very disappointed by my purchase and the whole customer service experience. I bought a small sized custom sectional for over $5500 5 years ago. The fabric started to pill almost immediately. When I contacted customer service I was told that pilling is normal and that I should use a fabric shaver to take care of the pilling and to keep the sofa looking new. I listened to the advice from their customer service and purchased a fabric shaver. Over the next few years you could visibly see the fabric on the sofa wearing away. The seams have now opened up exposing the foam inside. The fabric on the seats have tears on them exposing the white filling inside and the sofa looks like trash. We do not have any pets and have done our best to keep the Sofa looking good. The quality is horrible! There are sofas that cost significantly less and last for over 10 years. To make matters worse their customer service does nothing. They told us our sofa is no longer under warranty and gave us some names of companies that reupholster. They did not even offer to pay for the reupholstering. They also mentioned that the fabric used on the sofa we purchased was “discontinued” when my husband asked if other people had a similar issue they would not respond. Eventually they stopped responding to our questions all together. They clearly do not stand behind their product. I have never seen a sofa that literally falls apart at the seams! I am extremely disappointed and now have to purchase another sofa 5 years later. I will never buy any product from this store again and would advise others to steer clear.

I would highly recommend this store. Not only is the furniture beautiful and of great quality but the customer service is incredible. Shery, specifically is amazing. She is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to speak with when searching for furniture. She went above and beyond every time I spoke with her. Thank you

Staffs at this branch were very supportive and kind, and finally I purchased my furniture here. However, I couldn't receive my four chairs by now (which I ordered in October 1st last year). The communication for the delay was very disappointing as well. If I knew it would take this long, I wouldn't order from BoConcept.
