Store is OK, three things to notice, inconsistent sizes, same size goes from fitting OK to be extremely long or big, no returns, only exchange policy and the most annoying one, some genius put the mirrors outside of the changing rooms, that one deserves an award, seriously.

Such a hidden gem. Great prices, great variety and great customer service. Got all the outfits for my kids for our trip to Disneyland under one roof.
Thanks to the girl with broken leg for her patience and selecting all the outfits for my girls. Must visit.

Can you guys make sure that the security tag was removed?! Had a hard time removing it and so left with no choice but to cut a whole on it. So pissed.

Great place. Bluenotes are always carrying cool t-shirts and jackets. I bought some clothes from there as I was doing some early Christmas shopping. I saved so much money from their substantial store discounts. The clerk who helped me even offered another discount on what I was purchasing.

one of the saleswomen made fun of me for not understanding something. Very comfortable sitting on a table talking with a friend. From her place, she asked people if they needed anything, her attitude was so unpleasant.

Fantastic customer service! Every youngster is so helpful to every situation in the store. The only things I wish that could be done better is the personal mirror should be done behind the change room door, not outside. It's a little embarrassing to step out, or open the door to look at yourself, when you're not confident in your clothing piece. However, the big mirrors outside are very useful. And the texting message for 10% off, should also have been included for email to do.
