I recently had my 2017 BMW X5 repaired at AutoMind Collision, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the team was incredibly responsive, keeping me informed every step of the way. They ordered the necessary parts quickly and completed the repairs in a more than reasonable time. The quality of the work is outstanding—my bumper looks as good as new, and you'd never know there was any damage. I highly recommend AutoMind Collision for their professionalism, efficiency, and skilled repair work.

I recently had my car repaired at this shop, and while the exterior work was completed, the job was not done to my satisfaction. I reported that my vehicle had sustained additional damage and was making a noise after the initial repair.
During the repair process, my car was left outside with the trunk open, and there was a noticeable mark left on my seat from a bucket. Although the exterior damage was addressed, the issue causing the noise was not resolved. When I called to discuss the matter, I was informed that they had not been able to take the car for a test drive. They asked me to bring the vehicle back to the shop, where they would either address the issue on the spot or schedule a follow-up appointment.
Upon returning to the shop today, the technician initially denied hearing the noise during the test drive. However, after a few more turns, it became evident. The technician then suggested that I contact Tesla to have them diagnose the issue and confirm that it was related to the accident, after which they would order the necessary parts to complete the repair.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. I would advise considering other options.

Funny enough I didn't understand that this shop deals specifically with Teslas, but they were super pleasant when I showed up in What was clearly not a tesla, and directed me in a kind manner to a nearby shop that could assist me instead. 5 stars for the way the staff approached my confusion with kindness and direction towards a possible solution for my mixup!

Reliable quality service. Had damage to the side of my car and it hit multiple parts, which would make it quite pricey. They worked to get me a good quote, and got my car back to me within days. The fix is perfect. Thanks Kenny.

Highly recommend! They are one of the Tesla certified shops and also do an amazing job. Even they do a full charge for you it has to stay overnight. Very professional

I was there a few days ago for an easy fix. And this is the second time I have come to them for services. They did a fantastic job first time for my icbc incident so thought might give them a try on a private matter. I think the best way to describe them is their existence still brings hope to the service industry letting people know that despite the hard times and all the bad news of scams and poor services, they still carry a very good heart and fulfill their very fundamental rule. When I walked in this time, I only came in contact with 3 people: front desk lady (sadly I forgot to ask her name), Kenny, and the mechanic. During the whole time, apart from greetings, all communications were on point. No useless crap and those annoying upsale traps. They don't tell you sir your mirror is broken so we have to tear down the whole piece to xxx, or sir you haven't done services for a long time, here's a 200 various services package that are extremely necessary without which it will endanger you. Nothing like those whatsoever. Kenny jumped into my car, looked at the problem, and went straight to grab a guy. the guy came. Same style. Went straight to business. No upsale. No impatience. Started with full focus and fixes the thing in 10 minutes. I highly recommend if you want to have a peaceful of mind knowing you won't get ripped off, this is the best place to go. Of all the repair shops I have been to in the past 10 plus years, I can't think of a single place that can outperform here or even maintain the same level of decency. Their work philosophy is admirable. A business with a good heart will always survive and thrive. I sincerely hope they will get better and better each day. Keep it up!!! And thanks again for the great services!

Don’t ever give out your claim number before confirming that they are able to do the work. They used my claim number without confirming if I wanted to proceed with them or not, so now my claim number is locked. I need to wait 2-3 weeks for the claim to be transferred to the shop I want to go with. Worst experience ever.

Tesla Model 3 owner.Had a small bump on rear bumper and scratched paint. They fixed it well. However, they left white dust-like residue all over the interior of the car. On the doors, seats, trunk, and even on the rear-view mirror. I was disappointed that I picked up my car dirtier than I had brought it in. Had the front bumper replaced. they repair a lot of Teslas. unlike other places i was able to drop in for an estimate. only took them 2 days to replace it. overall the process was very smooth and quick.the only issues i found (therefore 4/5) was i found the trunk inner bottom liner was wet. there was water around the inner bottom trunk rubber seals too. my guess is the car wash person somehow got it wet when doing the courtesy car wash... had to use a hair dryer to blow dry it...
