My BMW mechanic put me on to Tien at Ian's Auto.
Always dubious of mechanics, Tien assured me he'd search out the problem and give me a play by play of what the problem might be.
After diagnosing it they gave me a date to pick it up, when I arrived it wasn't quite ready but they took care of me while they finished off the repair.
From start to finish, all the staff I've met there have given me top rate service.

“Amazing, friendly staff. I traveled from Vancouver Island due to a reason to install a class 3 trailer hitch. They quoted me with honest price ($500 less than Rack Atack) on top of that I purchased Thule Arcos cargo carrier from another place which they were happy to keep in their shop and even installed it for me when they were done with the hitch. They could have just not do it because it’s not their responsibility as I didn’t buy the product from them, but they went above and beyond to make my trip from the island so much worth it. I just can’t express how much I appreciate all the staff for their kindness. Thank you so much”

the prices can be a bit cheaper but that's more of a Lordco-corporate thing rather than per store basis. Also they mention that they don't take used motor oil when you call them but their front staff actually take it.”

“Long story short, I was kinda mad about the entire situation when I requested mobile team to fix some scratches on my car and it turned out way worst then it came out from factory and oversprayed all over my car. But at the end of the day, I brought my car down to Steve's, both of them were very helpful and fixed the way I wanted and expected, can't thanks enough for all people that involved in this process and appreciated all the correction in this repair, would highly recommend them to everyone if needed”
