It was our first time at Ashley’s and we had such a wonderful experience. Very attentive staff and we had the pleasure of Christina to show us around for sofas and dining tables. Just wanted to start off with the fact all their couches are comfortable - which has been rare for us since my partner and I love high back couches that have head support - almost all of them have this. When I mentioned that there was another couch we saw elsewhere we were also interested in, she emphasized and showed us the materials used for Ashley products which really stuck with me. We went back to look at the other couch we were considering and saw it at two other stores as well. I started to question the quality as well and needed to compare comfort. We went back to Ashley’s close to closing to sit on the couch one more time and decided to finalize our purchase. Mohsen, the store manager also assisted and even though we stayed after hours to complete our purchase, they made us feel welcomed the whole time.

Very pushy. I came in to causally browse couches and was met with unsolicited monologues and lectures from an associate - I actually had to walk out early because I was at my limit. Shame because they actually have nice products but they need to learn how to give customer’s space

Ashley furniture is the place to buy all your furniture. They provide high quality at great prices. We went in today looking for a sofa and Mohsen was amazing in explaining the quality of Ashley made furniture, that we had no doubt we were in the right place. His colleague, Mahvash, then assisted us in getting the best price available by combining advertised discounts. She also assisted us in showing us other pieces that were the perfect complement to the living room furniture! We left feeling excited about the beautiful furniture we had just purchased and the great price we paid. I will always go back to them whenever I need anything for my house. Their selection and service is unmatched. The kindness and respect they showed made us feel like we were family.

Worst customer service…….. wrong commitment about the products and cheap product the retails representatice Christine and manager Tony never fulfilled there promise !! Says if you would have shopped more them we would have provided the missing parts of the bed ……. Not recommended not buying anything fr this store again
