I bought a pair of jeans in a rush unable to try them on, yes they were on sale. The very next day I called them before wasting my time driving there simply asking for just a size exchange. All tags are on, all I want is exact same.pair but a size up and they are absolutely refusing to let me do that exchange. I voiced that that is abterrible customer service, I worked at bootleggers for 8yrs and would have never refused a simple size exchange even if the policy. Very disappointed with my experience at coquitlam centre ardent.

One of the worst... they are not customer oriented at all and sell low quality products.I was pregnant and couldn't try on there, I only tried on the dress once at home and when I took it back they rudely refused to take it back.

This is a horrible place to work at. The manager here doesn’t know what being professional means. All the employees are over worked. They need to change the management in this location
