First class service today when we went in to pick up and set up my husband's new iPad mini. Winona made sure that everything was transferred over from his old one and that he was comfortable with the new one before we left. She spent a lot of time with us and was polite, very competent and displayed a lovely sense of humour. The process was both fun and productive.

I went into the Store prepared to buy an Apple Watch for my daughter. Only thing that was uncertain is the watchband. We walked out of the store without buying anything because of the customer service. Sales person that was helping us must’ve seen somebody who he thought was more likely to buy and as a result simply walked away didn’t even ask us if it’d be OK. another sales person behind us was giving a woman one more chance to stop yelling when she wasn’t yelling and simply expressing her frustration. Three other people were standing around talking amongst themselves watching us. And no one offered to help. Terrible terrible customer service.

Do not go to Genius bar. The people seems like they are not skilled enough, and manager is not helping or trying to solve the problem for guest.
Bought a brand new mac book 2024 M3 chip and it keeps getting broken, i came several times to fix it but they keep saying software. And the last time i came they finally said it’s hardware and make me stops all my work to get a NEW MAC that i just bought 3 months to get it fix and the problem wasn’t even came from me.
APPLE! YOU NEED BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER PRODUCTs.
And this Location needs a new store manager.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the after-sales service I have received. I purchased I-phone 16 Pro on Saturday Oct 19 with the expectation of receiving support as needed. Unfortunately, my recent experience (4 times commute to Apple store) has fallen far below these expectations, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.

Disappointing Experience with AppleCare Warranty Service
I recently contacted Apple’s call center to inquire about a replacement for my damaged phone under my AppleCare warranty. The representative informed me that they didn’t have my phone in stock and suggested two alternatives: either request the replacement online or visit a branch to evaluate other options. Since the online method would require a hold on my credit card until I returned the damaged phone, I wasn’t comfortable with that and decided to visit the branch in person.
However, after going to the branch, I was told the exact same thing — they didn’t have my phone type in stock, and they would need to order it, which would take a couple of days. Essentially, I was advised to go back to the online method they initially suggested. The entire process felt like a waste of time and effort, as the branch visit offered no additional help.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and the lack of clear communication between the call center and the store. I expected better treatment and efficiency from Apple, especially for a service like AppleCare that is supposed to provide hassle-free support.

Extremely friendly helpful and patient I can't stress that last one enough. I bought an iPhone 16 and then had to return it the following day as it didn't meet my needs and didn't have the functionality that I require but they were very understanding they totally got why I was doing it.
They also assisted me with an issue with my Macbook. They were extremely patient and went above and beyond I'm trying to help me with my issue which ultimately turned out to be a me issue not a computer issue.

Today I went to apple store to buy an Iphone 16, I met RENE, he absolutely one of the most helpful sales person that I ever met in apple store. He was fast in explaining my questions and he showed me different prices and care services for my wished Items.fortunately with his guidance I could choose my favourite product to buy, and I was happy with my shoppings. He(RENE) deserves promotion!!!!!!

Bad and horrible customer service, the staff are laughing at me when I asked questions about the new IPhone 16, and the tech support staff were very impatient to answer my question regarding the apple care. The worst store for customer's service in great Vancouver!! Terrible experience ever!!!!

Worst support in the world.
Spent 6 hours and 5000$ just to tell me they ran out of inventory when I preordered
The only apple employee who didn’t make my day miserable was Chris who was manning iPad at the centre of the store. Give this man a promotion because every other apple employee and interaction I had dealt with was a nightmare
