I dont really love apple anyways & people just stare at me! I have been receiving multiple emails & calls today from Apple Business Advisors & I'm supposed get a call today at 12pm and not at 9am! I'm really really truly frustrated & annoyed. I really really truly seriously don't quite know what to do now!

Probably one of my worst retail experience! Talked to a guy who said his name was Dudi. He said he was a lead there. Asked him what do you mean by lead and no explaination was given. Wanted to speak to a supervisor or management but he refused and said he is been working there for years and he rejected my request. This is very bad business practice for a Public listed company! Will not return there!!!

I went in to grab a phone case and a screen protector. Took about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me in the store. Once I was acknowledged the staff member said this is the wrong screen protector, you need to find a different one and then walked off - not to help me. Another member then helped me, offered to put on my screen protector and even grabbed me the right one. He said “I got you” only to walk off to help not one customer, not two but three other customers. Really disappointing considering it takes all of 5 minutes to purchase a case. I walked out and got a cheaper case at London drugs in all of 3 minutes.

I bought a replacement charging case for air pods and Apple took my old one! Why? I protested but they wouldn’t relent. I paid full price for both items and they get to keep one?? Why? Lame.

Apple is a marketing company not a "quality products" company. I've bought better quality headphones for $10 from 7/11. I used to buy their phones too and they lag and glitch all the time.
