Ordered pants beginning of September. I knew they were gonna take 2 weeks. I have called 3 times to find out status. Everytime will find out and call you back and never got a call back. Needed them, so went to another comoany after a month of nothing. Like to support smaller businesses but not happy with how it turned out.

Work n play chilliwack has an amazing selection of all sorts of work wear and high vis. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Even ordering an item for me as I required a size they did not have in store. The selection of sizes in store is amazing. My experience right from calling the store ahead of going there to leaving with everything I needed was amazing. Well worth the drive out to visit them! I will be recommending this store to everyone I know that requires work wear and high vis.

Worst return policy anywhere.Had work boots that fell apart in less then a week.Took a month to get my refund.Never again would I spend money here.

I had a good experience coming here my first time. They had a great price for the product I purchased, less expensive than any other retailer. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. They answered all my questions, and offered suggestions to slow my decision making and make sure I bought what would best suit my needs. I couldn't be happier, and will be back for more work gear later.
