The store manager Daniel is the best of the best! Always looks out for the best value for his customers and is very patient in explaining all of the options. I will only go to Daniel for all my phone needs from now on, and the other gents in there are great too! Highly recommend!

The best sale and customer service I have ever had in years. Esteban (cottonwood mall Chilliwack) is the best, very honest, very patient, very polite and very kind. He is very good at his job. The staff at wirelesswave in Chilliwack are awesome they are helpful courteous and have excellent knowledge on there products what they sell and give you the best cell phone plan what meets your needs..and if you have any problems the staff says come in or phone them and they would fix your problem .I would recommend Esteban and Daniel .

Best service I've ever had! I tried to work with my mobility provider to fine a plan that worked for me and they wouldn't help at all. One visit to wireless wave and I bot only have the perfect plan but for under budget. Highly recommend!! Thank you guys for everything.

Great staff and amazing Black Friday sales. I had an experience of a lifetime here when their sales flowed over to Monday. I didn't expect to go home with two great phones and $500 worth of merchandise! I got a better plan and way better phones for myself and my teen. Thanks Wireless Wave! I'll be a recurring customer, for sure.

Really unhappy about the service I recieved at the Chilliwack location from Daniel, I believe he is the manager. I was in there to get a new phone and specifically stated that I needed a phone with more storage as I needed to update my apps and allow room for more apps. I believe he took advantage of my lack of tech knowledge and he ended up signing me up for a plan with a phone with the exact same amount of storage. I had previously spoken to another young man who had been very helpful, but when I returned to the store to inquire about a phone with adequate storage, he unfortunately was no longer an employee at the store so I decided to purchase the phone without assistance from this store. I would not recommend this store as I feel the employees are untrustworthy. The phone was actually a downgrade to the phone I currently had which was not explained to us in any way.

Daniel the store manager was amazing! I was dealing with a horrible situation from a competitor company and Daniel was able to quickly come up with a solution and got me the new phone I wanted with a better deal then the competitor. Thank you Daniel you Made my day better!
