Visited West 49 in Chilliwack today, and once again, it felt like stepping into a haven of warm welcomes. Huge shoutout to Zac for delivering exceptional service as I hunted for Christmas gifts for my son. His expertise in sizing and styles went above and beyond, making the experience truly enjoyable. Grateful for the outstanding assistance and delighted to share why West 49 remains my go-to store for my son. Thank you, Zac, for the outstanding service and really all the staff in the location.

Hot damn. They have solid prices. Super helpful staff and friendly. 20 items for under $300. 2 pairs of shoes, lots of ginch and socks, 6 t's, 4 pants, 4 hoodies. Jebus christos. Christmas shopping done for 3 years.You thought Winners had good prices..... W49 has something for everyone.

Everytime I go get nothing but amazing service all the staff are very kind and social always make sure you get the best deals been shopping there for the past couple years and my kids love the clothing ❤️ always keep shopping ? at this location great work everyone

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but my issue is the ridiculous prices. $60 dollars for a sweater in the adult sizes, but only the child size options are on sale for $20. It's the exact same piece of clothing except for the size. There's nothing that can justify the completely over priced merchandise when there are stores with very similar items in terms of quality that have lower prices.Once again though there's no issue with the staff, this is about the store as a whole. Unbelievable.
