Called in for some basic questions and service team felt like they did not even want to speak to me. Instead of answering questions they just told me what they CANNOT do for me, making assumptions I’m asking for things I’m not. It was bad enough for me to leave this review, and never look back at this place.
edit: This is a poor review because I felt treated poorly. You can say whatever you want, but your attitude is not friendly and it reflects on your customer service. It’s amazing how you can offend people by just your tone and demeanour… the more you know!

I just left Vic's as a super satisfied customer! I had a new muffler put on my wheelchair van, Randy did a fantastic job and got me out of there on time to get my kid from school! I had a lovely conversation with Drealle at the front, she was beyond friendly! I highly recommend Vic's!!

We took our truck in to find out what was rattling. Randy put it up on the hoist and found the problem. Refused money for his time and assessment. Hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays.Thank you Randy!
