Over priced and they don't like reducing the price if I find the price cheaper online or no discount if it's missing stuff or broken

Barely any halloween items left 2 days before Halloween and it was in disarray. Sadly December holiday items already on display and prices were way too expensive. Some items had original store price tags still on, yet Value Villages sticker price was almost double of the original.

Worst second hand store for prices , Absolutely ridiculous prices on most things with a few exceptions but for the most part way overpriced for instance a pair of sweatpants can go for as high as $25 and probably more, for some use sweatpants that they got for free? No that's absolutely ridiculous when I can go to one of the other many thrift stores in town I'm trying the same pair for 50 cents just nuts I wouldn't recommend, the only thing they're good for is there a big selection which they probably have because nobody wants to buy their crazy high price things

I had not been in Value Village for 4 years since covid and then losing my spouse because that was something we did together. It was clean and organized. There was a security guard at the door, I would imagine to deter theft. Now has self serve checkouts so you can get throughpretty quickly. I think prices were a little more on clothes but other stuff about the same. Overall good and I will go back.
