The staff at this location is absolutely incredible! It’s my oldest daughter’s favorite store and every time we go in the staff has been fantastic! They always engage with the children and are so helpful. The manager is equally as amazing and always goes out of her way to assist however she can! We recommend the store and definitely this location! Thanks for always being amazing ladies!

Does NOT even deserve one star, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, some people should clearly not work in the service industry and the people who work here are a perfect example of who not to hire. Do not WASTE YOUR TIME being hassled by their staff.

My daughter and I were in the Abbotsford store today! And I will say I have never had such poor and rude customer service in a children’s clothing store as we did today!We walked in to the store there was the manager “Tracey” and another employee talking amongst themselves with a customer neither of them greeted us or said anything….. I had an arm full of things my daughter wanted to try on so we walked to the back of the store and stood there still nothing we were not once acknowledged!So I counted 5 items and told my daughter to go in and start trying things on…… well then finally the manager walks over and starts questioning me with how many items she has in the change room and that I couldn’t read because I didn’t read the sign about getting an associate to help! Well hello I stood here with an arm full of items and at no point did either employee acknowledge us.I have never had a great experience at this location but never this horrible I will never step foot back into this store.She was basically accusing me of stealing things are kidding me I’m shopping with my 8 year old spending quality time together and we get that ?
