Even though it was at a busy opening time, Frank provided excellent customer service in figuring out the problem, sourcing the difficult to get parts and managed to squeeze the repair in on a busy Friday with a full schedule for the day and for the following week. Even if they couldn’t do the repairs they offered to try and find a shop that would and a tow. Luckily they were able to fix the truck and provided a very detailed report of the problems with images, repairs made, and recommendations. I really appreciated the full safety check they did as well which made me feel much safer driving the truck since the emergency repair problem could have resulted in a serious accident had I not stopped in the parking lot. Without their help and repair service I would have been stranded for days.
