Paid for the most expensive wash after a 35 hr long drive and the brushes on the sides did not spin, leaving salt and dirt on some areas of my vehicle

Paid 18 dollars for a late night car wash and drive in and nothing but the dryer went on. This place is ripping ppl off I want my money back.

If you want your car washed DO NOT COME HERE. We watched the vehicle ahead of us get the wash with the brushes which all looked dirty and needing replacing so we went with the touchless wash, that was a big mistake.First off, it looked as if the tiny amount of soap that was sprayed looked dirty as it was brown and white in colour and very watery. The rinse was hard enough to leave marks in the dirt on our vehicle which the wash did not take off so now we just have swirl marks all over. Our vehicle looks just as dirty as when we drove up!Do yourself a favor and try somewhere else in town as I just wasted $16 here just to have my vehicle sprayed with water and not cleaned. We definitely will never be back to this place.
