Good store, but Don’t Ask help from some people in the painting industry!
They are not professionals!!!!! I was looking for the brown pain for my Fence but she suggested a Brown Color instead and turned to be Grey, I used 1 gallon and spend my Money for NOTHING

Note to Home Depot management, if a professional contractor is purchasing some lumber and says something is 11ft, take their word for it. Or at least train your staff to read measurements correctly when they question them. Was incorrectly charged for 11.17' of lumber when the pieces were cut exactly at 11ft.
Trust goes along way, if you want professional tradespeople shopping at your store, treat them proffesionally. Will not be spending my, or my customers money here again. Pathetic.

Halum was super RUDE. I went to rent a van. He first refused me saying there are no vans available at the moment. Then I told him it's showing available online after that he admitted there is a van available. After that he made me wait 20 minutes because he was doing something. He then said that we have to fill the gas tank more than $10 and show him receipt. I thought its a company policy. When I went to gas station to fill out the gas, I tried to make it $10 but the gas was coming out of the tank. After handing back the van, I checked with another employee if it's a company policy and he said there is no such policy.
Halum if you don't like to help others and like to make others experience terrible, please don't work in a customer service position.

i found ac with 75% discount in store. but manager ( mis navi ) and on cashier they told me we like put hold in this ac for some of my coustomer. i think when ac is not in hold center or its dont have lable hold i can buy. its not fair. they are not good custumer service.

I went for pick up pressure washer from Abbotsford. I noticed oil is leaking from pump.they should double check if customer coming from far.even desk employees did not give us good response

If you need a can of spray paint, you're probably in luck. But if you were actually needing a real, larger item like a appliance delivered to you? Run, don't walk away from this place. It is now 6 days past the scheduled delivery date, and I still haven't heard from either the carrier or Home Depot about the appliance we ordered and were told was going to be here at the beginning of last week. Not a clue how a company in 2024 can do business like this, tell you it's going to arrive one day, and then just "oh sorry, maybe it'll be there some other time. We're not going to tell you when though some other carrier will contact you." Which of course they don't. Do not walk, run away from Home Depot when it comes to anything that needs ordering and/or isn't in stock.
