My husband went on line in search of his favourite Minstral Soap. He happened upon The Button Box and placed an order. The owner Jeanie got back to him immediately and refunded one bar that was out of stock. The promptness and honesty was greatly appreciated.
The parcel arrived quickly from Chillawack to us here in Christina Lake. Lovely Jeanie included a free bar of soap in a gorgeous ocean scent. We were doubly delighted by the treat!
It seems so sadly rare for businesses to go so far out of their way to ensure customer happiness, but dear Jeanie went above and beyond. We are now dedicated customers and happy to spread the good news!

I came across The Button Box for the first time today and it is such a beautiful boutique shop! Great variety of stunning products and the friendliest staff. I didn’t find what I was looking for (totally my bad with the seasons), but they were so helpful and gave suggestions. Had such a lovely experience and will definitely be back! ?

Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I've brought my children with me and usually I feel uncomfortable bringing my kids with me to boutiques but the staff included them in conversation and made them feel welcome too. I love shopping here for gifts for family and friends and of course myself!

This place is my absolute happy place. The staff is so friendly, warm and welcoming. They’re attentive and always make sure that you’re finding what you’re looking for. They also take lots of measures to keep their customers safe during this crazy mess of covid.
The quality of their products and always top notch. If you’re looking for a store with adorable, unique items and customer service that is truly focused on customers, then this is it.

Visiting (and purchasing) over the past few (four) years, and similar to the other low star reviews, if they think you are a 'regular', looks like you are treated ok. If not, they are just kind of snotty. Considering how many fewer customers can visit now, one would think they would be a little nicer to people trying to be a customer. I'm sure I can find cute, overpriced things somewhere else.

I love The Button Box and think it's a great store to have in downtown Chilliwack. It's one of my go-to places in town for gifts, which always end up being well received. I even picked myself up the cutest lunch kit for work a year ago and I still get compliments on it -- a lunch kit!Their staff have always been kind and helpful when I needed it, but would let me browse on my own. It's a beautiful store and I recommend everyone check it out if they have a chance.Tip: If you are going to a baby shower, this is the place to buy your gifts. You will not find baby items like this anywhere else in Chilliwack.
