Had a surprisingly great experience buying a dryer. Hondo was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He went above and beyond. Rare these days. We feel well cared for with Hondo.

Despite Heather being polite and helping us find a loveseat (which we are happy with so far despite it feeling pretty cheap and low quality in some areas for such a high price) I feel obligated to rate 1 star due to the absolutely horrendous delivery service that was provided. The delivery drivers were extremely rude, discourteous, and socially unacceptable.
Aside from the initial phone call, which in itself was extremely short and rude, they offered basically no communication at all. One of them did nothing but grunt and glare, and the other two spoke amongst themselves in their own language the whole time. They offered no introduction upon arrival, threw their garbage all over the place, and had to be reminded multiple times to clean it up. They were not careful with their knives while cutting the zipties during assembly and seemed to scratch the metal frame of the bottom of our new loveseat.
I get they're moving furniture as a job, I comprehend that it's rigorus and physically demanding, but the smell of body odor was absolutely out of control. I had to have my windows open for the next 7 hours to even put a dent in the scent. I am a male who has worked many physically demanding jobs, and none of my coworkers nor myself have ever smelt so utterly repugnant.
The grunting glaring guy started taking pictures in my living room, I assume, to show the assembled couch, but he offered no explanation, which made me extremely uncomfortable. He then he passed me a screen for a signature while once again saying nothing. I signed, (awkward) and without a word, they made their way out of my home. What an odd, unnecessarily confrontational, uncomfortable experience that I will be sure to never have again.
