We just bought a used vehicle from Terry and Wow, what a great experience. Super friendly and accommodating customer service. Terry provided us with the Carfax data on the vehicle. He allowed us to take a solo test drive. He allowed us to inspect the vehicle thoroughly under, inside and out. He gave us all the time we needed without trying to pressure us or give us the 'Hard Sell'. Once we had chosen to move forward with the purchase he already had the insurance agent on site. The actual sale and paperwork took less than an hour and it was a smooth and professional process. To top it all off the price was really great! No hidden fees or surprises. The vehicle was in full working order. It was in great shape and had been given a safety inspection before it was listed for sale. We have been very happy with the vehicle. No surprises so far. We would definitely buy from Terry again. A Five-Star experience.

Terry has helped me and my family get 2 reliable vehicles now that have been great and reasonably priced! Very trustworthy and honest. He has gone out of his way to help me when I ran into a problem with my car not having a spare tire. I definitely don't know to many people with that great of customer service. He will be the only person I go to for used vehicles from now on thanks Terry!

I bought a used trailer from Terry's partner, let's beggin by saying it was a total rip off none of the electrical was hooked up the plumbing was half done and I still don't have the papers for the unit.I phone and I am told they will have some one coming out to fix everything and never show up, then they said for me to hire someone to fix everything and then they will pay for it this would have been a 2500 job and I got it done for 650through friends and now they are ghosting me. I have now had to file a statement of claim in small claims court.stay away from Terry's rv in Chilliwack nothing but scammers. This is is the first of many reviews.

A very honest man.I spoke to Terry over text before making the long drive to purchase the vehicle. Everything was exactly how he said it was and he never gave me a reason to think that I couldn't trust him. He has a large selection of vehicles at a great value. You will get exactly what your money is worth and many of the vehicles have been safety checked and mechanic inspected.I would recommend this guy to anyone who is looking for a good value, budget vehicle.

John Hassen is a amazing owner of this place.we bought a 24ft nomad travel trailer 1 month ago and the after sales service he provides is top notch. So pleased with all his help to enjoy our new camping experience. Any problems we had John looked after it even after the drive off the lot. Would recommend buying from John as you get at a good price and excellent service and more a personal touch than the big RV stores. John I can't thank you enough for all your help. Even coming to are place to fix the dry hook up system and new batteries.
