Starline built our kitchen to order 22 years ago and all the cabinets have held up extremely well. All hinges, and drawers still fit perfectly. We recently stopped by their office to ask about making some changes and they were super friendly and helpful, sending the quote the next day. Very happy we chose them to build and install the kitchen!

These cabinets are such poor quality. The finish chips, peels and cracks under normal use.
The hinges that attach the drawer fronts to the drawers are such poor quality we are replacing them on a way too frequent basis.
If you live in Chilliwack you may get a quick response —not on the Sunshine Coast —you have to wait for them to mail/ ship to you at your cost.
They should use quality products you can buy at any common building supply store instead if bleeding us by controlling access.
Save your money these are not worth it.

I am a local contractor in the town of Hope.
A customer of Starline (Who will remain anonymous for this story) recently contracted me to fix a problem in their kitchen that was a result of the work done by Starline.
I was happy to take on the project. But was instructed to bill Starline directly.
When the work was completed. The customer was extremely pleased by the quality of the workmanship.
So I sent my bill off to Starline.
After waiting two weeks for payment. I kindly asked Starline via email when they intend to settle up the invoice. I was simply told ;
"We are awaiting payment from (anonymous) . As soon as we get that we will send a cheque. Thanks for your understanding."
I found it very unprofessional and unethical of Starline to place me in such a predicament. And to attempt to use me as leverage to force the customer to pay up while I wait empty handed, when what I was tasked for was properly done and completed.
Starline never ended up paying me. After consulting with the customer. They opted to pay for the bill themselves out of their own pocket. Even though this was a problem that Starline caused and was responsible for taking care of.
