I experienced great customer service today!
I believe the team member who helped me was named Kaylen. She was exceedingly helpful & friendly. She took the time to help me hunt down what I was looking for.
Super pleasant shopping experience.

Staff at shoe department was knowledgable and helpful. Sales guy who’s Name starts with D said the particular Reebok training shoes that I found to be bit tight would stretch out slightly, or I could return them. The price was super great and the shoes did conform in just a few days to fit my feet perfectly!

The other day I came in looking for some shorts and a young lady named Riley gave me a hand. I wasn’t sure of the sizing and she made it very easy. Super patient, helpful and fast. I’ll be for sure asking for her next time I visit.

Xander was absolutely phenomenal!!! I went into sports chek today because I wanted to get my older two children better shoes. I have started training with them and we have only really ever bought shoes from Walmart and Sketcher brand shoes but they wear out so fast and they are not great for support.
I was overwhelmed when I first went in. I didn't really know their shoe size or much about shoes at all.
Xander right away asked if he could help us and I said yes ! He was so knowledgeable and when I told him what I was looking for he picked out the perfect shoes first try ! We didn't even try any other shoes on! My kids fell in love with the shoes he picked and they are so happy to finally have comfortable shoes with proper support !
I literally had no idea walking in today what we we were needing/wanting. Xander is incredible and friendly. My kiddos also mentioned how nice he was when we left ! And they don't usually like anyone !
I am blown away by the service we received today. And I will definitley be back to buy more workout gear and shoes from this location !!!
Thank you so much Xander !!! You made my family's day today !! He is so polite friendly and knows a heck of a lot about the shoes and working out and training. I left with way more knowledge than I went in! He is a fantastic employee ? ? and a great addition to the team at Sports Chek !!

The lady Rachel at the front was rude. Asked why we were wearing masks and then shakes her head at us and says nothing after asking. Why ask if you are just going to be rude? Just do the job you were paid to do.

Sport Chek - why are you wrapping up online order pickups in plastic as if it will be shipped?! Why.... it's so unnecessary, we don't need more plastic. Please do better.

This review is not based on the store but an employee in particular. Destiny was beyond helpful and patient in assisting me with a price conflict. She did not try to hurry me away as the line was growing and she was the only one on. When I was feeling bad she just remained calm and very reassuring that everything is ok and gave me the service I needed. Not only did she do what o needed but she went over and above to help me with my rewards card as I was having difficulty with that as well. The person that was working in the shoe’s department who i originally asked my question to simply brushed me off and said no we can’t do that and walked away….didn’t offer any solutions or ask a manager as my request was reasonable but yes time consuming and Destiny didn’t shy away to help. Her empathy and professionalism was impressive.

The supervisor in you branch in Chilliwack did not provided complete information re: triangle rewards MC so I can purchase and pay on an easy monthly installment plan. I called the cs line and they told me that it has to be a min. of $150 purchase. How can you fix this now?!

Brutal service. Loads of staff but all kids who don't seem to care. When I asked someone for a pair of shoes they took forever and I could hear her chatting in the back. She eventually came out and handed me the box and walked away. When I went to the checkout the kid was yawning and never even looked at me. Armature hour! With some training and some supervision it could be a great place as the product is good. I'll try again but maybe not this location.
