Lack of basic manners from multiple staff members and a complete lack of effort from the "customer service" desk including the supervisor. When this isn't close to the cheapest option why in the world would I ever come back? I'm not prone to leaving bad reviews but this place deserves it.

If I could give this place no stars I would worst shopping experience ever !! The staff here are very rude if you want a better shopping experience and not have staff make rude and snarky comments to you go to fresh co down the rd there staff go above and beyond for the customer

The quality of the bakery has gone extremely downhill lately. Their black forest cherry cake, croissants, kaiser buns, and butterflake buns have gone from being delicious to practically inedible. Very disappointing. (Edit) It was not an uncommon occurrence, and I'm not the only person who's noticed. You've altered something with your bread, and it's costing you money.

Save ons ...not so much.Here a pic of a box of chicken drumsticks. The same box even before covid at Freshco is 11.99 and to this day is 11.99.However at saveons 12.99. A dollar is dollar.

Save On Foods offers delivery, right to your door!! It's got to be the coolest thing ever when you aren't able to get out & about to do your own shopping. I've had a few deliveries & the quality of the food & goods are at the top of the top! Super great staff, excellent options & quality to beat the rest, that's Save On Foods! I highly recommend taking a boo around & I'm sure you'll find some of the nicest products around for groceries & extras to make your meals & occasions super special!

i went to save on foods salish plaza no cashiers at station 830 am went to self checkout item 1 thing did not scan asked for help clerk said to go to cust service is this the grocery store you want to visit i say lack of service whoever runs this store should resign or just have another coffee

Would be a better shopping experience if there were actually price tags on the shelves of items. It's usually helpful to know how much a product is before deciding on whether to purchase said product.

Been to many save on foods location. This one is also a really nice and clean location. Friendly staff, organized, fresh foods. Etc.The self serve water filling station needs to be cleaned. It is disgusting. There is mold inside the area where you put the jug and it smells really bad. Not hygienically clean at all. Can be really bad for your health. I'd give this location 5 stars but that water fill station is disgusting. Please clean asap.
