Found prices somewhat higher than my usual grocery store. Was looking for a certain item, very helpful staff member told me they don't cary it anymore but found which Save on did

Way better with more food options and better quality. Prices are better than the save-on on promontory...definitely worth the extra 5 min drive if your coming down the hill and I've yet to see a tag that's a lie

Very firm 4 stars. Overall good experience, just one constant negative.Positives: Always fresh produce available, very kind employees, and very clean + organized. Fantastic selection of products too.Negatives: I am always followed by a “secret shopper”. Without fail, anytime I shop here, I will notice someone who looks as if they’re a customer always in the same isle as me, or the same person passing by consistently and checking out what I’m doing. You begin to realize after about 4 or 5 instances that you’re being followed and spied on. It genuinely happens every time, for the entire time I shop. It’s extremely confusing why they need to watch my every move, as they have security cameras all over the ceiling (unless they’re fake and I don’t realize). I very much understand the concept of secret shoppers, but not when they’re following you like they’re a detective in pursuit…I’ve also been asked to empty all of my pockets by an employee after being accused of shoplifting….after purchasing over $100 worth of groceries in self checkout. To their surprise I had stolen absolutely nothing. They assumed that my wallet in my pocket was an item I had stolen. I’ve purchased a lot from here, and again I understand they’re only trying to combat thieves. Shoplifting is a major issue currently and has been for awhile so I do understand *to a degree*. It is just extremely frustrating constantly being followed around when I’m just trying to shop, as well as being accused. I was told police would be called if I didn’t empty my pockets that time. It makes me more inclined to shop elsewhere, especially considering groceries are relatively expensive here.Overall, if I’m able, I choose to shop elsewhere. Not due to service, cleanliness, or anything of that sort, but due to the fact that I am followed around creepily every time I shop here, and the fact prices are pretty high for basic items.

Prices have sky rocketed at Save On, I am now shopping at other grocery stores. A lot of items do not have prices posted on them which makes it hard to shop.

BIG shoutout to Karen and Megan in bakery who were so friendly and took our order and put together a beautiful cake for us, in a couple hours. After 3 other Save on Foods could not help our last minute requests- these two stepped up and went up and beyond for us!!! Woot woot great customer service ladies!!
