You need hand scanners in the self checkout area; it would make scanning items much easier. You have some older staff that need to go elsewhere; very rude and have no idea of customer service.

Stopped in to grab our Food Hero order and grabbed veggies and a few other things for dinner tonight. Staff as usual were friendly and helpful

Wonderful store! I'm so glad you're still around. Safeway has always been my favourite store. The greatest customer service has universally been my Safeway experience. Clean store, which is important with food. Wish you were closer to me! Our Freshco's great, but not the same!!
