Excellent Service Richard, Steve and whole crew! Very knowledgeable! We have a unit purchased from another RV company and they worked together and o’Connor service department fixed a warranty issue explaining issues at hand, to get us back on the road so we were no longer stranded on our trip. A huge thumbs up to Bryan Auclair at O'connor RV for his understanding in replacing my travel trailer's spare tire after five years of ownership. A simple mfg. mistake in me having the incorrect size spare from my original purchase (unbeknownst to all), Bryan arranged for a local tire dealer to order in the correct size tire and wheel at no expense to me.
This example of true customer service is mostly lost nowadays, and therefore I am very grateful and truly endorse O'connor RV going forward. Thank you

While on a recent camping trip we had an issue with one of the jacks that must be repaired so we could take the camper off the truck. We phoned a few places checking for parts but our calls leaded to zero support.
One last attempt we called O’conner and thankfully Kyle answered. Wow, what a very helpful personable man! He dug into our issue in depth and called us back with a solution. Thank you Kyle!!!! Duane + Sandie

We had a bumper dent on our 2007 Triple E Commander. Could not find anyone in the Surrey, Langley area to do it so we made the trip out to Chilliwack.
It was well worth the drive.
They stayed in touch with us via email and phone calls during the whole process of fixing our coach.
O’Connor RV has a number of professional and kind people working for them, including Lou (Louise) in the service department.

The 3 year old camper which was brand new (never used due to fires and flooding sites closed) literally used twice in Vancouver for 3 nights total 6 nights ..On the third camping trip to Kelowna the slide out wouldn't work....O'Connor wanted over $ 1, 500 to fix it even though it was a brand new camper and we bought it from them !!! Wouldn't even give us a discount? Still charged us over $600....just to diagnosed it and for a cover cap cost $170 dollars..no discounts for new campers...O'Connor could have given us a discount & could do better service?

Stopped by to look at a Jayco diesel pusher, was told by an older gentleman it had just sold.
Then asked if they had any other diesel pushers in stock and was told, nope, didn’t seem to care if they sold anything at all.
Certainly would go back.

I have been a customer of O’Connor RV’s Service Department for years - they do the winterizing and de-winterizing for us each year.
However, I never needed their help more that this week, when an Amazon delivery truck drove into our motorhome awning, and wrecked it, just 4 days before a trip to the desert areas of the US - a trip we had planned for a year, and which would have been miserable without an awning.
I went in to see Richard (now known to me as King Richard), and asked him if he could get the awning fixed if the Parts Department could get in the parts needed. He knew how important this was to me and my wife, and, without hesitation, he said “Yes”. He promised that we would have our RV back in time for our trip.
The Service technicians and staff made sure it happened. They went above and beyond normal service - they were simply excellent. Richard, his ace front desk man Todd, and all the others at O’Connor RV’s Service department, are the best. That we are getting to go on our trip is entirely because of their efforts for us. I highly recommend O’Connor RV’s Service Department!

Everyone seems useless, the office people, the sales people, the repair people.. and they sold my father a broken rv, it's taken them over 5 months to "fix" it. It's still not fixed.
This place is a joke. Boycott O'Connor.

I’ve dealt with the sales people at Oconner RV on a 24 RLS trailer. I found that the sales person and the sales manager to be of high integrity, knowledgeable and to have low pressure sales techniques. This was a refreshing change from certain other RV companies that I’ve dealt with in the past.
