Usually going here with my dad when he needed parts was always great as the customer service was amazing and the prices have always been in the okay range. Unfortunately there is a staff member there that is very sexist to women and tries to up the price of parts tenfold.
I went there to look for a windshield wiper reservoir for my truck and the older gentleman with the brown hair kept trying to make me pay over three thousand dollars for it and kept upping prices for parts that I was asking about. All of the parts that I was requesting were 90-100$ each brand new. It’s disgusting and I will be warning other women to not go there

Top auto parts shop who also returns/refunds some brand halogen or LED after market vehicle lights, they also have a wonderful sponsorship program for some local drifting clubs and giving it back to the community in many ways! Hit these guys up for your auto inquiries!Parts are fairly priced, and NAPA only brings in quality product to sell. Nothing bad in their store.

I was very impressed! A simple thing like wiper blades and one of counter people came out and helped me get the old ones off and put new ones on for me!! Very friendly. Will definitely come back when I need something!

For my own experience this is the best auto parts store in Chilliwack. I’m a regular customer but just working on my own cars and a couple older hobby cars. It depends on who is working the counter as to the service you get, but monday to friday when Russ is there it’s always good ?
