This place is more unorganized then my 7 year old. They don't know who is doing what for who. Don't even know the details of the cars they have on their own lot. I would rather buy a soapbox car then have anything to do with this setup. Even their prices according to car guru is "high priced". They are a joke. Thanks but NO thanks.

Purchased a 2021 CRV with low mileage and reasonable price at Murray Honda in Chilliwack: friendly, helpful staff! Ethan, Paul and Kelly made it an excellent experience . The had the courtesy of following up on the sale to confirm satisfaction. I recommend checking this Dealership’s inventory for yourself. Thank you Ethan, Paul and Kelly, I look forward to having your dealership perform future maintenance & servicing!

Stephen was a lot of help and was great buying from! It took about a month to finally make a decision but he made the process smooth and easy. He made sure to walk me through all the features of each car we looked at and gave me knowledgeable recommendations. I highly recommend seeing him or any of the salespeople at Murray Honda.

Let me start off by saying that I cannot speak for all Honda dealerships! I just dealt with the Chilliwack location and my experience there was so disappointing. I would hate to see someone go through what I did, especially after something as traumatic as a car accident!I bought my vehicle from there in 2022 and had a very incredible experience when I first went there (obviously haha). However after my car accident I was hoping to just replace my vehicle with the newest year. Same car, same CRV, just different year! I still had a loan on my previous vehicle that was being paid out by ICBC. When I approached Honda to see about getting the newest model, they made it black and white clear that I would get a BRAND new car for free. Literally the dude (I think his name was Ethan) handed me the invoice for a 2024 CRV and said, “just send this into ICBC and they’ll give you a cheque for the amount.” I asked him multiple times about what he was saying. “Like so I just get a new car for free???” “And you’re sure my old car is also getting paid out?” He repeatedly told me “yes yes yes” and ya girl thought she was on the Ellen show. Like he made it VERY clear I was never going to make a loan payment again on my old OR new car.Found out after the holidays that that was completely wrong and insurance didn’t work that way. Obviously I didn’t know this and was just trusting what this dude was telling me. I can’t explain how upsetting it was being told by his supervisor that what he told me was so far from the truth. They had absolutely no sympathy, no apologies for the lack of truth and education on their part. A salesman should know how insurance works or AT LEAST be careful about what they tell someone who’s just lost their brand new car. You just don’t do that. From there it was a nightmare. They were so rude and condescending while speaking to me + my mom. They lied about multiple things, telling me I couldn’t get money back for warranty I didn’t use and that I could ONLY use it as credit on another Honda. Only to find out from Honda Canada that I actually could get most of the warranty back (which was upwards of $2000). They tried to pressure me into putting a deposit on another CRV because “it was the only one they were going to have for the next 6 months” only to come there a few weeks later and there was an entire LINEUP of CRVs on the lot.Honestly, I’m sick of places being deceitful and pressuring people into buying vehicles for their own gain. It’s not fair to people spending thousands of dollars on these investments. So ya, that’s my Honda experience. Again, not all dealerships will be like this. Just please avoid the Chilliwack location.

My wife and I bought a second-handed Tesla Model 3 from this place.Pros: 1. The salesman was very nice.2. The deal was good.Cons: 1. The salesman did not communicate the content of the e-mail between him and myself to the financing lady and to his manager. The salesman told us that we can take our time in his e-mail to buy the car, but the financing lady called us a few days later and said that we should buy the car ASAP. I did not want to lose the car, so I went quickly to the dealership to buy the car. We had been waiting for a cheque from ICBC. Since ICBC was taking too long, we just borrowed the money from Line of Credit to get the car.2. I told the lady in the financing department the time I would be there. When my wife and I got there, no one was there to attend us. We had to wait there in the foyer for quite a while (much more than half an hour).3. The salesman did not know much about the car. He was not able to answer a lot of the questions regarding operation of the vehicle.4. After all the paper works, we were given the car key to take it home. When I tried to start the car, it showed that the tire was not properly inflated even though it was. I asked them if they could resolve it. They could not. They told us to go see a Tesla dealership to resolve it. However, they told us that they would pay for it.5. When we received the car to take home, the car was only charged by 33%. I was not sure if this was enough for us to drive home since we drove all the way from Langley. The salesman told us that it should drive without a problem all the way to Vancouver, so driving to Langley should not be a problem. When we got home, there was only 10% of battery left. I don't think 33% of battery could go any further than Surrey. Why didn't they charge the car in advance when they urged us to pick up the car ASAP?

Tried to make a deal with Murray Honda. But couldn't come to a agreement on price of my trade in ...Murray Honda wanted to give me less then wholesale price while tripling the wholesale price of their car.Ya...most car buyers aren't into getting fleeced out of their hard earned vechicalIf they were fair with people...I'm sure Murray Honda would do better...But judging by the way I was treated ....they want to steal my vechical and get me to pay 3x what their car was worthYou're a pay cheque to Murray Honda..not a customer

Came home yesterday after getting groceries Had put the groceries in the back trunk of our 2017 Ridgeline. Went to get the groceries out of the truck but the back tail gate would not unlock. Tried several things but the tailgate would not open and had to leave groceries, some that needed to be put into the fridge in the vehicle over night. Next morning went to Murray Honda and told service guy Matt my problem. Looked at the vehicle then said the best he could do was to book me in for the next day. I said but I had over $200.00 of groceries I need out of the trunk. He pretty much blew me off! So I left with no help at all! I then went over to the Toyota service center and explained my problem. They got me to drive it in and worked on it for 45 minutes, no charge! Got it open and I got my groceries in the house. Never going back to Murray Honda! Toyota you have a new customer!

I just bought a Chevy truck from a salesman named Gur, man what a great guy. Plenty of time to test drive, wasn’t rushed. I decided to buy the truck, however my offer was about $1000 shy of asking price. We shook hands and parted as friends. By the end of that day (after much work by salesman) they called me back and found a way to get me my truck at the price that I was able to pay. In this day and age of overpriced greed, it’s sure nice to know that there is a company out there that actually cares about its customers… Murray Auto group, you now have a return customer! And no, I don’t know anyone that works for or affiliated with this company. Just an honest review from a pleased customer.

Had a great experience with Nav from start to finish.Nav was amazing to work with - he has the most fantastic personality, he’s kind, knowledgeable, and really made my husband and I feel as though we were talking to a friend, not a salesman. The purchasing process was smooth and quick and complete within 1 day.Plus, they’ve got a great hot chocolate machine - how can you go wrong?Highly recommend Navjot - really wonderful person and made us feel like more than just a number.
