We have a 2006 Sports Coach class A motorhome.we were returning from wintering in the US and came across at Sumas, lost a serpentine belt right at the border on Easter Sunday. We limbed our coach to our RV park, contacted Mountain Pacific on Monday, Michelle scheduled the work and parts then sent Elliot to preform the work. It was a straight forward repair that had a few twists and turns. Elliot was such a caring professional who took our problem personally and made it right, a great quality in an employee these days.

We recently had a starter motor replaced in our Sterling Cube Van. The communication was excellent, kept us up-to-date on on time frames and costings. Would highly recommend this company for all your mechanical needs.

Brought an E450 motorhome in for a pre-purchase inspection. They found a safefy item and the seller agreed to pay for the repairs. I did my due diligence then purchased the vehicle. Once home I booked it into a local shop to have all the fluids replaced as the vehicle had been sitting for almost 4 years. During their complimentary inspection the shop found that 2 ball joints had play, and the rear brake caliper was seizing producing uneaven wear from left to right, the rotors were heat checked, and the pads were worn on an angle. This cost me another 4,400.00. I visited the shop and inspected the items myself not knowing who to believe, and yes their findings were accurate. I would have had a negotioating position and probably would have settled with a shared cost for the repairs with the seller.Very disappointed.
