Metro pharmacy is my mom’s pharmacy and she is super happy with it. She’s almost 84 so I bring her here for meds and vaccinations, and we are always treated really well by Dev and the team. Everyone is super nice, helpful and friendly and my mom is so thankful to be able to come here. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Hands down best pharmacy/pharmacist I've ever had! Dev is such a genuine human and does everything he can to help make sure you get your meds. I was struggling financially and he was able to help with some of my meds to make them more affordable. 10000/10 recommend this place. Plus as an added bonus, you can just text your needs and he will have them ready when you need to pick up, plus I'm pretty sure they do delivery! Everyone should go here!

I would give Dev and his staff a 10/5 if possible. I have been a customer of Midtown Metro Pharmacy for over 2 years. My kids and I get all our prescriptions and vaccinations here. I have not once waited for a prescription. Most times I get off the phone or out of a doctor’s appointment and I have a text in a couple minutes from Dev saying “your prescriptions are ready.” A little over a year ago, I was extremely ill and had to be put on antibiotics. I was so ill that I couldn’t drive and Dev prepared and delivered my medications and told me I could come in when I was better to pay for the prescription. He is so knowledgeable about medications, pharmacare, insurance, etc. everyone I have referred to Midtown Metro pharmacy tells me how happy they are that they made the switch. I don’t even have to remember to renew my prescriptions, Dev is on top of it all and reminds me before I even think about it. He faces my specialist’s when my renewals are needed. As a working, single parent, this makes my life so much easier. I can text him and ask anything. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I am so thankful.

By far the best pharmacy I've used . I've never had a single issue with any prescription where I would have constant errors/overages/shortages at other pharmacies . Dev is super friendly and delivers my prescription right to my door . They're also the only place in BC I've ever been able to find Zonnic nicotine pouches . Highly recommend to everyone

If I could give Dev and his team 10 stars I would. He cares about his clients. The quality of his service far exceeds any competitor. He has my prescription filled and ready for me before I even ask for it, which I can do by text. Convenient, friendly, professional and simply the best.

I find it really refreshing to have a wonderful service quick and efficient. I am always impressed when I go to Metro Drugs.They actually know who I am and are friendly. These days good service deserves acknowledgement. On my number 1 list for service of excellence.

Was very happy until I was sold a kids ventolin puffer. It was empty. When I returned I was referred to the manufacturer. Instead of honoring and covering 20 bucks you have lost hundreds from my family and friends
