“I just bought a ludicrous amount of jerky here as my first time stopping in and I wasn't sure if it would feel like the right choice or not until I opened a bag or two and tried for myself. It was absolutely the right choice.
Flavors are on point - you buy original, you're getting that natural smoked beef flavor with just the right amount of salt. All the other flavors taste exactly how you'd want them to, and are great examples of those flavor profiles.
The absolute winner marks though - one of the only jerkies I've found locally that very obviously intentionally slice their beef with the grain; jerky is meant to be chawed on, not chewed and swallowed like candy. Perfect consistency.
