I have spent a lot of money over the years at Magnolia and will not be back! I bought a pair of shoes that ended up I felt were a titch too small so after many attempts of trying to get a hold of the owner, another employee contacted me and told me I could not exchange for larger size as I did not have the box. I have not worn them outside and I have the receipt. Apparently this does not fly with this store. So I am out $184 which is absolutely ridiculous because I later saw that the exact shoes are on Amazon for $104. Talk about price gouging. Another thing you cannot get your money back, only a credit which I think should be verbally told to someone when purchasing something ?

Have shopped here for many years now, at their previous location & this one. Always something I love & always honest comments from Leanne & her team on the fit & whether it suits me or not. I appreciate that because they’re not just trying to sell me something, they want me to look my best. Have bought everything from beautiful dresses, funky jeans, the coolest shoes, even my favourite purse/backpack is from Magnolia & Oak! Love how they support other local small businesses. Always happy with the quality of the clothing. Forever getting compliments on anything I wear to work that I’ve bought at Magnolia! I send everyone over there!

I choose to shop Small Businesses because there is always a story. I have followed Magnolia since they opened on Young & was super excited when they opened in the downtown core. Firstly because they had made it! YAY And secondly now they were in the wander zone. I admired the Owner's ability to pivot with the pandemic. Her courage to dance on social media. And she's always up for a chat when I shop. Their clothes are great quality, good prices and size inclusive. Highly recommend a visit to Magnolia.

Although I have shopped at Magnolia for years, today was my last time I will be going there. I felt like the owner was incredibly rude to me over a return of a jacket. I do agree with the reason she declined my exchange however, there is no reason to be rude to a customer for asking.

I have been in several times now. They have a selection of good quality clothing at reasonable prices and are very accommodating when looking for that special outfit. I can't seem to stay away! Would 100% recommend!
